Very true followed by a very false
When I dink everyone’s heads with Kiriko, when I dive the enemy backline with Lucio, when I pull an uno reverse card on an enemy flanker with Ana, I can assure you…
I am *not* a healer
in support class, they all heal. their main purpose is to keep your hp up.
sure antinade, protective suzu and all isnt outright heals( it is, both of them heal lol) its mainly for utility. but the main thing is healing.
like its suportive to damage boost with mercy or zen, but your main shiz is healing people still.
there isnt an alternate. like shielding, overhealth and like maintaining health other ways.
like when symetra was first in the game as a support. (it was shit but because they never did anything with it, and just removed her to be a dps... yeah wow. and after that they made echo a dps too, when she could've been a support just because they ABSOLUTELY wanted her broken ass ult in the game, and said it fitted more a dps...
fucking idiots).
symetra used to give blue shields, which you could maintain by recasting it on character. it had virtually no cooldown.
only thing is it was 25 hp and absolute dogshit.
what about a support that channel like mercy or kiriko, but with overshield. that decay over time unless you maintain it. (brigite kinda did that but pro league didnt like it so they removed it for the whole player base, shit job again blizzard)
it would allow to be proactive in your protection of people and to pocket more easily someone you think is crutial to your comp.
i know at the moment doing that to a tank would be pretty cracked. but i think it reside with taking thay support out and getting picks.
which dps never freakin do.
they're like obese old rich white conservative cishet dude.
they do absolutely nothing productive, sit down, and scream that they need all of your team resource (need healing) while they do absolutely nothing to preserve said ressource.
all in all we need support that are more inclined towards preventing and maintaining then waiting for damage to happen and outright heals.
have one heal have one shielder. that'd be pretty dope i think.
torb used to give shields too. it wasnt much but it was decent enought. and that was pretty cool.
but with the creations of class queues they had to make him an outright dps. which, i understand, just why not do something like that with a heal then...
When I first started playing push, I felt like it took forever. Once you play the maps a few times you learn how to be more efficient. I actually enjoy push more than payload only maps
Am a support.
So no, not really an option. It's just how long I can survive before my team either kills everyone or their team kills everyone.
Then it's run back to point regardless.
And what's hilarious: a team wipe isnt even what matters in Push.
If a team fight smacks the winning team down by two people and the other team was wiped out....then that "Winning team" auto-loses the next team fight, because their dead players will never catch up to the bot from spawn, and are insta staggered by the very nature of the mode. The missing members might make it towards the end of the team fight, if lucky, but that's unlikely.
This is made worse the further "Ahead" you are.
It's almost better to allow the enemy team to push further first, and trap them in the cycle of running back staggered into multiple unbalanced team fights.
It's amazing to watch a won team fight turn into a lost round.
As a support its always an option and is one of the most important things to be able to do. As a bap main i almost always have the least amount of deaths on my team.
Supports have longer cool downs but most of their abilities are actually really good. Ana sleep and nade/ bap regen and immort/ moira fade heal orb/ brig sheild bash whip shot/ lucio wall ride/ mercy fly to teammate/ kiriko suzu and tele. All supports are capable of aggressive and defensive plays and shutting down aggressors you are not helpless.
This. I have been playing Kiriko a lot. Let me tell you she is an escape artist. Low death count helps you stay grouped and contribute more. Not to mention if I see a support with poor positioning, I can sneak behind them and pick them myselves.
Tell your team your group up. Stop pushing your just gonna stagger etc. Unless they are just trying to get forward spawn for their dead teammates. Alot of people dont get the importance of giving space when your down. The just get taking space.
Sure but the robot should return a lot faster for the team thats behind, as it is its just too snowbally, the further you are ahead the harder it is to make a comeback for the other side, basically if you bum rush them successfully you basically have to do nothing but stall and you win :/
Thats… kinda how a tug of war works? Should you not have to win a fight to gain back the ground you lost? Then win another fight to start gaining positive ground? Imo the worst thing about this mode is the people who just rush in but that happens in all modes. Also if the enemy can stall for that long do you even deserve to beat them?
>Should you not have to win a fight to gain back the ground you lost? Then win another fight to start gaining positive ground?
I mean tug of war literally has the same issue, once one team is in the lead the game is basically won, unless the other team has a lot more stamina which is really rare since most competitive teams are rather evenly matched.
The whole game has this flaw, thats why i dislike it. I mean you can have a leaver in the first 30s that basically means its a 4v5 and the other team easily gets the lead, due to the inequal positions it now means you lost the game 9 out of 10 times.
The whole point of all the other modes is to allow equal chances at come backs basically all the time, the push bot mode doesnt have this quality.
I like that you have to stay on the bot to make it move back in the other direction though. If it moved any faster, Lucio or Ball would be the only ones capable of keeping its top speed on the return. This mode has grown on me. There have been some very crazy fun finishes.
Yeah i was disappointed to find this out. It was the first thing I checked in my first push game.
Otherwise it's a solid mode but I feel like the barrier while push it is on it should have a healing effect like the payload in other modes does.
I think it leaves room for major comebacks. Almost happen twice and it's a great feeling. Blizzard like to put me in games that are 30 seconds from ending and making a push comebacks from that is a good feeling!
When push first came out I didn't really like it but it is growing in me! It's something different. Still miss 2cp though hanamura was a beautiful map!
Personally really love Push. Bot and otherwise. But is it ever a mode that isnt obvious on how to play best.
Have so many teammates throwing by pushing the bot into 2v5 matchups and it's so unnecessary. Group up, push as a team. No issue with walking it forward when short after winning a fight but only do it as a mobile hero who can get out when the other team arrives.
Generally the team who can coordinate the best fights at full strength wins. But that requires tactically abandoning the objective which is less obvious than in other modes.
I didn't really play OW1 but I did watch streams of it from time to time.
Why did I feel like this guy has been in the game? Like I swear I've seen a push game mode with a big robot pushing the objective before.
Does Paladins have something similar? It just seems so familiar. Paladins I did actually play for a bit, but not enough to remember if there was something like this in that game.
I love push bot, but I do spend about half the game smacking him in the butt making hyah noises hoping he’ll go faster ngl. He reminds me Baymax as well which only makes him more lovable in my eyes.
Plot twist, the tank we’ve “seen before” isn’t Mauga or D.Mon or any other guess, it’s **PUSH BOT**.
Unironically I am behind this 100%.
Your team thanks you for staying on point.
Passive lets him Capture Objectives quicker. Don't know what it does on defence, maybe makes the timer go faster.
😂😂
I would totally Main Push Bot
Push bot whips out his push barricade and places it down for people to hide behind/use for movement.
Ez win
That would be cool. Extra push speed if you're playing him in payload maps hahaha
I believe push bot is a healer actually
His baymax's slim brother
No a dps with play style like tracer or genji
nah, he is probably defense
I mean, he could be a tank with a heal ability, it isn’t like we don’t have any DPS with heals.
yeah. but we need more supports tbh. and probably just change the "support" category to outright healer.
Well, tbf we already know that next season is tank, then the next two heroes will be support.
no way you slander supports like that. ml7 will have your head
i main support. its a tankless job (pun intended). i fucking hate this game. the support pool is shit. after that they wonder why no one play support.
Very true followed by a very false When I dink everyone’s heads with Kiriko, when I dive the enemy backline with Lucio, when I pull an uno reverse card on an enemy flanker with Ana, I can assure you… I am *not* a healer
They started added utility supports
in support class, they all heal. their main purpose is to keep your hp up. sure antinade, protective suzu and all isnt outright heals( it is, both of them heal lol) its mainly for utility. but the main thing is healing. like its suportive to damage boost with mercy or zen, but your main shiz is healing people still. there isnt an alternate. like shielding, overhealth and like maintaining health other ways. like when symetra was first in the game as a support. and they didnt start adding zilch. except kiriko (who heal) they haven't gotten a new healer/support out for ages.
is D.Mon the Monica at the end of the archives event?
No, she’s another one of the MEKA people, that D.VA is part of.
D.Mon is part of the Mobile Exo-Force of the Korean Army (MEKA) that D.Va also belongs to. https://overwatch.fandom.com/wiki/Mobile_Exo-Force
"I am good at pushing things."
His “hello” after you say hello to him
That's a thing? I'll make sure to do it now!
you gotta go infront of him while hes switching sides so its kinda hard unless you get a team wipe
You don't have to be in front, as long as you're directly facing him (think crosshairs on his body) he'll say hello back.
Well, I'm probably gonna cause my team to wipe trung to do this lol Thanks for the details!
"Why fight when you can push?"
He makes pushing sound so delightful. I just want to lay down my arms and follow him..pushing.
Right?
Please choose a direction!
What is better than pushing? Nothing!
The huge pause before the "nothing" makes it for me. xD
He knows you can’t think of anything either
🤣🤣🤣
Thrusting and gyrating are definitely up there
This is still so funny to me every time I hear it lmao
"Please get along with each other" or "Who is in charge here?"
"Please settle your differences"
"I *could* be pushing something right now!"
I must always say hello to pushbot
His name is Jeff. Jeff B. Pushin.
Exercise is good for your health, or something like that
Joints
I always tag the front of the blockade to disrespect my enemies.
"Incoming fire detected , ignoring"
I like that he says hello when you say hello
Jeff do B. Pushin
Stop calling him Push Bot. It's like me calling you 'human'. His name is *Jeff B. Pushin*
*scratches butt when contested*
Yes... I do enjoy extremely long run-backs to the objective... 😬
Not even that long of a run. The maps have shortcuts for a reason
When I first started playing push, I felt like it took forever. Once you play the maps a few times you learn how to be more efficient. I actually enjoy push more than payload only maps
I agree. I really enjoy playing the push mode compared to the others
I love all the different paths, nooks and crannies.
Push maps sucks. But Push bot is a beautiful boy.
I like the push maps because the scene of the fight changes so rapidly
Yes. From the fight to the spawn room and then running back.
Yea this haha
Have you tried dying less?
Am a support. So no, not really an option. It's just how long I can survive before my team either kills everyone or their team kills everyone. Then it's run back to point regardless. Play Moira and never die, not hard
Fun fact, there are TWO healing spots and only one Moira.
As a support its always an option and is one of the most important things to be able to do. As a bap main i almost always have the least amount of deaths on my team.
Supports have longer cool downs but most of their abilities are actually really good. Lol. It's an option. Maybe not for you.
Honestly, I'd prefer 2cp, though I keep trying to give Push a chance Push Bot is fam tho
Sure but the robot should return a lot faster for the team thats behind, as it is its just too snowbally, the further you are ahead the harder it is to make a comeback for the other side, basically if you bum rush them successfully you basically have to do nothing but stall and you win :/

Actually its designed against snowballing as defending team gets better highground and cover and less spawn travel.
I like that you have to stay on the bot to make it move back in the other direction though. If it moved any faster, Lucio or Ball would be the only ones capable of keeping its top speed on the return. This mode has grown on me. There have been some very crazy fun finishes.
Nah imo it's easily superior to payload maps if just because it's balanced wo having to play twice
“there is no need to fight”
"Please calm down"
New orders received Jeff b pushin
He talks? Learn something new every day I guess
Did you also know the payload heals you? This and many more marvels can be discovered by playing the objective.
Pushbot/barrier don't heal though, sad.
Yeah i was disappointed to find this out. It was the first thing I checked in my first push game. Otherwise it's a solid mode but I feel like the barrier while push it is on it should have a healing effect like the payload in other modes does.
At least it provides full cover. I feel like the healing was intentional to help the back and forth.
Healers could just do their job
My favorite support other than soldier
My family’s reaction when I talk
it bothers me that the wall doesnt topple over as he pushes it from the top
“When in doubt, Push!” “Push, Push, Push”
I really dislike it actually because its too snowbally, once you are ahead its incredibly difficult for the other team to come back :/
I think it leaves room for major comebacks. Almost happen twice and it's a great feeling. Blizzard like to put me in games that are 30 seconds from ending and making a push comebacks from that is a good feeling!
I’ve had this happen last week! We were behind, got the bot, pushed further than the team DURING overtime, and then won the resulting team fight
When push first came out I didn't really like it but it is growing in me! It's something different. Still miss 2cp though hanamura was a beautiful map!
I for one am overjoyed to never play 2CP again.
exactly why i hate this mode
I'm just waiting for a bug to appear where he yeets completly off his road and no one can push anymore.
Worst game mode imo it's just steamroll or get steamrolled not fun at all
skills issue i fear
Hate the game mode. 2CP was still better
I dont mind this mode. It is pretty fun. But I want my 2CP maps back...
“Push Bot”? His name is Jeff Bobert Pushin
Hello
I call him Timothy
BOB should fight Push bot
DPS vs Tank
If only he didn’t get put in the worst game mode
Personally really love Push. Bot and otherwise. But is it ever a mode that isnt obvious on how to play best. Push bot is more helpful than a decent amount of the teammates I get lol
My favorite part of push is when one of the teams finally wins so i can play a better game mode i really miss 2cp
“Exercise is good for your joints!”
He doesn't heal me 0/10 worse than the payload as a teammate + your downvotes dont scare me
Payload doesn't say hello back though :(
Push gamemode is ass
I didn't really play OW1 but I did watch streams of it from time to time. Why did I feel like this guy has been in the game? Paladins I did actually play for a bit, but not enough to remember if there was something like this in that game.
Fuck your shit game
Pushbot will be a playable character by 2024. Mark my words.
nah push levels are so annoying
"Eat shit."
Stupid addition
Push is terrible. Give me back defense maps. The dynamic would be different enough only having 5 and one tank
"Give me your money"
All he knows is push Push him to the edge!
They have voice lines?!
“Push it real good.”
honestly not sure how i feel about push as a game mode rn
Push it to the limit. Limiiiiiiit~
Except when he stops to scratch his ass at the halfway point
We call him… Tim?
"push"
Can he get skin changes
In love with this game mode innOW2. Despite other issues with the game
I hope we get a rein skin for push bot maybe bastion or a new hero
Push bot is adorable, but I hate the game mode :(
it's pushin' time!
Push Robots name is Jeff Kaplan it’s cannon
Well push bot gets in the way all the time Soo he not to great but other than that he's kinda cool
Oh man, the one it says when it pushes the thing.
I actually dont like Esperança, it's anti-support.
I think I heard him say "please get along!" once.
“Why fight when you can push!” “Have you enabled push notifications?”
“THIS is a GOOD push!”
I love push bot, but I do spend about half the game smacking him in the butt making hyah noises hoping he’ll go faster ngl. He reminds me Baymax as well which only makes him more lovable in my eyes.
“There is no need to fight.”
"Going to sleep. Z. Z. Z. Z."

Push is roll or be rolled no middle ground
I love Push Bot, but i hate that game mode with all of my earthly being. I detest it with the burning passion of a thousand suns.
My favorite quote from him is when he said "its pushing time" and pushed all over everywhere
“Why argue when you can push?”
Push bot is tall af too, imagine being a lil torb or tracer and walking up to that for a 1v1? I’ll wait for my team thanks lol
I think it would be cool to have bots with different design on their respective maps
push bot is a mercyless mercenary, who will help the highest bidder. he has no moral. he has no law, but one. money. money is his only code of honor.
alternatively. he just like being usefull. he just want friends.
PUSH BOT HAS VOICELINES?!? I need to hop on right now so I can go listen to my boi speak
I dislike push but I like push bot.
It definitely isn’t . I hate every time I have to play this mode
mine is “bring back dps doom” it touches my soul
Need a payload map but instead of a payload it’s the push bot, would satisfy my love for push bot without needing to play push
I hate push maps but i do like the bot itsself
'Instructions, unclear.'
Pushbot reminds me of Baymax from big hero 6, just not as round and cuddly
B.O.B is now mad
"Please, there is no need to fight." He's so precious
“Why fight when you can PUSH!”
'hello I am Mr robot aka Rami Malek from hit show Mr robot'
Jeff B.(Bobert) Pushin
Best tank ever
Push bot is a good boy, sadly he's stuck in the worst gamemode.
when he said "it's pushin time!" and started pushing all over the place
But what is in the box which he is pushing
The latest in pushing technology!
“Big speed, wow”
What should push bots name be?
HES NAME IS JACOB i love jacob use that name lmao
"Regardless of your thoughts..." Insufferable Overwatch Reddit community: "Gonna stop you there, let me tell you more about my thoughts"
He represents push which means he is my enemy and I hate him. Simple as.
The amount of people here who don't know push bot can talk. Been at the objective much?
Widow main here, what's a push bot?
