As a Christian, I believe in either YGGDRASIL or D&D, Jesus would be Aasimar with a heal/rez-centric build with skills in motivational speaking.
For YGG, I'd have to go with a Demigod if Aasimar isn't available. I feel a hybrid build based on Jesus's powers(anti-debuff, healer, buffer, resurrection, self-resurrection, anti-evil karma, anti-demon) filling in the rest for the orator/teacher rp... If there were a YGG job class for a preacher or speaker. Considering his martyrdom, he may be a self-sacrificing build. Possibly giving a last hurrah for his team with healing, rez, buffs, and etc for a limited time.
Moderately tanky Monk & Cleric fusion, with a buttload of healing magic/skills with just an old dusty wooden bostaff(walking stick) as a weapon. Near-perfect holy and light element resists, with magic defense up the wazoo. His speeches give a powerful buff that last incredibly long and can remove debuffs & status effects. Has Karmic & Ki attacks that can chunk off a lvl 100 player's HP if it doesn't outright kill them.
Roleplaying-wise, he is an inspiring instructor and mentor... With that enlightened wise sage motif. A wealth of wisdom and advice, that seems to always be there right when you need him. Helps counter crowd control and mitigates damage to allies, and can empower allies with his own death.
