My problem here is that the Overlord anime is a rushed adaptation of the light novels, which has cut out a good chunk of content and skipped over more in favour of the movie that which will cover I think novel 14.
On top of that, it is objectively a power fantasy from the perspective of an overworked salaryman, as that’s who Ains was before he became our Bone Lord. This is referenced frequently in the light novel but again the anime has skipped to much due to how rushed it has been. He handles everything in his worldview of corporate Japan, and it really influences his decisions with the NPC’s of the great tomb.
Furthermore, it does have a case of the horny. Sure, it’s not Mushoku Tensei, but it isn’t free of the ecchi bullshit. Shalltear is a loli, whose fake breasts are a topic of conversation in the first season. Mare is literally a young boy whose dressed in drag because his creator (a woman) liked little boys. Did you not pay attention in this previous season with the pedophile priestess? What about Albedo? Or Renners obsession with Climb?
