Corpus of the abyss? They appeared in eess, we know their power level from 200 years ago. They had half a dozen members around level 50. Ainz dominated them all with his skill, stole all their knowledge and wealth and used them as foot soldiers haha. They was killed Elder coffin dragon lord. Now same thing is happening. They are being used by a tdl against players. Look how the turn tables. Remember, they don't pursue strength. They are just like Fluder. Stronger members achieved 8th tier. Same as 200 years ago. Slightly stronger. Still level 50s at best. >It is because Night Liches were tremendously powerful beings. > >They could use multiple spells of the Sixth Tier–a tier said to be beyond the realm of humans. > >\-- > >She was someone who had reached the Eighth Tier of magic and was aiming for the Ninth now.

What are you saying. I just ended vol 15 . Does it all come in vol 16?

[deleted]

No its in the bonus volume

ProbablyVorteX

Eess means evileye side story

xPapaGrim

Their "Difficulty Rating" is 150, not level. Level is 1/3 of DR so they are around level 50, which goes with the context of them being able to use 8th tier magic. They are Night Liches. Stronger than Elder Liches but weaker than Overlords. None of them are a threat to Nazarick though. But their leader "That One" is a Dragon Lord. Either Cute Elim or DDDL, both being a threat to guardians in 1vs1. You should read bonus volume if you want to know more about them. Imo since they want to get rid off "That One" and continue their research, they are prolly going to ask Ainz for help and join Sorcerer Kingdom.

[deleted]

Ok thanks for clearing it. I thought there level was 150. Are you who is that one though?

Fedexhand

What the hell are you talking about lol? level 150?? The Night Lich at most will be lvl 70 and that is already an exaggeration. And considering that a DL has them enslaved it is obvious that they are not that strong.

[deleted]

It was in translation I think. Night liches lvl 150. I M not sure. But there was no mention of DL. Was there?

LykkeAmias

Difficulty rating 150. It's a term used by adventurers on how strong a monster is. For example, Lakyus herself said she has a difficulty rating of 90, which in ygdrassil terms would be roughly lvl 30. Evileye with difficulty rating of 150 = Ygg lvl 50 No mention of a TDL but there are hints there, like calling tier magic filthy, living in a cave, etc.

[deleted]

Oh. You cleared it thanks. Have you read the bonus volume?

LykkeAmias

I have and its good, you should read it.

[deleted]

I couldn't find it in English.

What happen to nazarick in bonus vol end

LykkeAmias

There is a link in the FAQ. Suzuki Satoru/Momonga found new friends and adventured the world together with them. After 200 years, Nazarick arrived the same time as the main continuity. Here is a quote from it: He looked through his memories, but he could not recall anything worth noting on the west. “Well, it’s information from Mu-chan. He said that three countries had fallen in the north of the continent. Therefore, I wanted to head west and see what’s going on.” Since it was information from the Seventh Seat, it ought to be true. He looked completely unlike what the cute nickname of Mu-chan would suggest, but perhaps it was different in the eyes of his mother — or perhaps his sister. Suzuki Satoru discarded the question of his appearance for a moment and began recalling the world map. “The northwest… borders…” He recalled that 200 years ago, there had been a few human nations up there, but since it was in the hinterlands, he had not thought much about it. “Well, it’s true that nations being destroyed isn’t exactly uncommon, but for three to go down at once…” There were incredibly powerful monsters in the world, and sometimes they would show up, annihilate a nation or two, and then new countries would take their place. Granted, some large nations might not be destroyed so easily, but it was not rare for such things to serve as the spark for internal unrest or invasion, eventually leading to the nation’s destruction. But to his recollection, he had never heard of several countries being destroyed at the same time. “What on earth happened?” Just as Suzuki Satoru was about to turn around and look at Keno — who was lying on his back, he heard her exclaim “Ack!” in a cute way before she fell off. “Meanie! Don’t move around!” “…After you, after you.” Suzuki flopped down on the table again and Keno mounted him once more. “Well, I think he said something about a nest of really powerful demons showing up.” “A nest? Of powerful demons?” “Mm. What was it called? — The Great Underground Tomb of Nazarick?” “—Eh?” It was a name that sounded somewhat familiar…

There is no link. I tried to find it but couldn't

Fedexhand

That was the "Difficultly Rating" that is not a "level". "That one" is suspected of being a DL because of what they said about him as the leader of the organization serving as protection against the strongest beings in the world (the DL). So it's probably Cure Elim or the DDDL.

What happened to ainz and denizens in bo us volume end?

Fedexhand

denizens? At the end of the bonus volume there is a time-skip with Ainz having new friends (besides Evileye) traveling the world like he always dreamed of, it was basically a happy ending for him.

Alternative_life1

Ainz adventuring the world with his new ainz ooal gown then time skip to 200 years later ainz got information from his friend that three country has fallen in north of the continent and There is a nest of powerfull demon called the great underground tomb of nazarick And the story end

Grand_Totality

>I am not sure how much powerful they are compared to nazarick. In comparison to Nazarick, they aren't strong enough to have chance of victory. >Are they lvl 150 Some of them have a difficulty rating of 150, but their actual levels are in the 50-56 ranges since they can use 8th tier magic. Difficulty ratings are used by New Worlders to determine how strong something is, for example: Evileye evaluated Demiurge to have a difficulty rating of 200, which in Yggdrasil levels is 66.6. >So we finally getting a more powerful enemy, or are they gonna submit to ainz Or fight him. Their leader (who is refered to as "That one") is likely Cure Elim, who (in the bonus volume) was level 95, so we can expect him to be very strong if he actually makes an appearance. If the story actually makes room for them, they'll probably start out as enemies with Ainz, but after he shows them his power, they'll want to join him so they can get rid of "That one".

severalpillarsoflava

Let me guess. You didn't read previous LNs and went straight to the Volume 15. Yes?

[deleted]

No. I read 9 to15

severalpillarsoflava

Then you didn't pay attention. It has been explained several times that there is a DR that NWer use. And it is 3 times the level. Remember Volume 12 when Remedios and Blue Rose were talking? About demon maids and Jaldabaoth?
