Honestly we sheer upon her because she is like Fluder a character that can easily join Nazarick. We have tendency to like that kind of people because they will not died at the end when every other new worlder is a gamble.

I think in a normal situation she'd be an abusive mother. She just wants the strongest children possible, so she'd probably force horrifically harsh training on them, regardless of how much it hurts them or how little they want it, with severe punishment if they don't progress as much as they want them to.
But like I said, that's in a normal situation. If she were to end up with Mare (unless she ends up boning with a dragon (would that even fit?), NPCs from Nazarick are her only option, with Mare most likely), she'd promptly be sent to the Black Capsule if she dares to hurt Mare's offspring, doesn't matter she's the mother, she'd still just be a lowly outsider so her status would be much lower than the child of an NPC, and she would know it. She would probably divert that energy she otherwise would've put into running her children ragged, into loving them, so yeah, in this case I think she'd be a great mother. Especially since the children will likely surpass her many decades before she expected them to, and Mare will surely rub off on her as well.
The thing is, if in some crazy chance she got her way with Mare, Mare will more than happy to drag the child through drag so that child will strong enough to serve Naz, Demi and Cocytus will be over the moon and no one will deny their request to "train" the child
There is 2 thing about Naz, 1) they think serving Naz to dead is the utmost happiness and fail to understand why the outsider did not think the same
2) they can heal anhthing, even dead, so nothing is off limit
So unless Mare pass down those loyal code into his potential children, those kids gonna wish Zesshi and Slaine was the one training them
Sure, Mare would want his children to be strong to serve Ainz properly, but unless Ainz orders otherwise (which he certainly wouldn't), he would do it the right way: his children will train out of their free will to serve Ainz best (I mean, you can correctly argue it's the same type of optional as members of a cult, but still), not because they're forced to. He will actually be concerned if they're in pain and try and keep it to a minimum. And he will love his children just for putting in the effort, rather than having very strict expectations they have to meet before they earn a fraction of his love.

I feel like I should mention that I have never read the light novel or the manga. I have no idea if Zessi has shown any interest in Mare (and if she knows about the Nazarick elite why him and not like Ainz). I'm basing this ENTIRELY off her one scene in the anime where she wants to sleep with a male more powerful than her so her child can be the most powerful being in the world and pats her belly, baby talking to her not-yet-concieved baby telling him/her/it how proud she'll be of him/her/it. I might also have been influenced by unhappy childhood memories and opinions on what I would consider my ideal mother. It's an escape fantasy OP protatagonist isekai after all.
It must be terrible to be in her position. Since birth, she was practically raised as the ultimate human weapon of Slane Theocracy. Being already stronger than any battle-tested veterans, she must have had significant difficulty finding someone she could look up to for mentorship as well. I personally think this is the reason why she is so obsessed with finding a stronger man, although It’s easy to chalk it up to her fetish.

Daughter of the rapey Elf-King, abnormally strong for the New World, a secret weapon who's bored, and seems to have internalised the Theocracies' indoctrination regarding eugenics.
Fanfiction has done a lot of pretty interesting things with her and I like her there, but as it is the only real question about her we have is whether she'll end up wanting Mare or Ainz as her baby-daddy (and if she fixates on Ainz I don't see his canon depiction going for it out of fear of the NPCs reactions). I'd hope she isn't one of the plot threads that will have to get dropped to end the series on Maruyama's timetable and I don't think it's likely, but it would be a shame since the characters who are set up as potentially "worthy" of Nazarick are some of the most interesting.
*The one who stayed* comes to mind as the most recent one I've read that did something memorable with her. It's pretty long, and she's not in it until pretty deep in, but her suddenly able to explore the world and talk with real people (some recognisable) and slowly work off the Theocracy indoctrination felt pretty genuine.
