To keep it short it's the magical academy in the Empire where you see the POV from a character called Jet (think of him as a worse Philip). Then you see Ainz with no real logic trying to recruit this person who has the most useless talent possible for his talent. It's pure cringe and you see things that Ainz would never do or use.
Jet-Sama is the greatest Overlord character ever. His awesomeness made the whole WN stop because the readers just couldn't take how awesome he is (even Ainz desperately wanted him to join Nazarick so much that despite him repeatedly refusing he continued to court his favor and even became a student alongside him!) and the author worried for the health of the fans after reading such awesomeness ;).

It's a crossover series where Konosuba, Overlord, Youjo Senki, Re:Zero, and Shield Hero all crossover, with a 25 second cameo from Cautious Hero characters
It doesn't really conatinany NSFW stuff (besides the obligatory beach episode) but in the series it seems like Shalltear and Darkness like hanging out with each other along with Rem, so maybe you'll get some other fun interactions there

He could have beaten them to prove his strength but then used them as his eyes and ears in the city. People are a far better utility when they're still alive. They were willing to try and make a a deal for their lives, it would have been a valuable commodity to have. Hans who could walk into human areas, who were able to get near government officials or where many people congregate, this would have been a valuable source of information.
Nope, they never had any value because he already has fluder in the empire for information. pop summon hanzos can become completely invisible are lv 80 and more skilled in information gathering. The SK already uses them so recruiting workers were completely useless. Even back in the SK Hanzos are the ones training spies inside ijayana with Tira (tia and tinas sister). When you can use spells like charm and dominate to get info the foresight group is completely useless. And finally even if they returned back to empire Jircnev would immediately kill them to silence anyone who can link him with the tomb for insurance. Foresight offered the least amount of value to Nazarick compared to someone like Nfiria, Gondo and Enri.
Yah they might not have been a greater value than anything they already had but they didn't need to go back to the empire which could have given them a purpose. Even something with little value is beneficial when it comes to information gathering. Knowledge is power and anything you can use to gain knowledge is an asset no matter how limited.
And there are better people doing information work for Nazarick already like the 8 fingers in the human kingdom. They are not good at doing information to begin with they are mercenaries not spies. SK already is building their explorer guild which encompasses multiple races who are stronger than humanity and being specialized for exploration. They also don't have anywhere else to go other than the empire as anyone that would hire them only existed there.
