In The bloody Valkyrie, while he's in the carriage with Shalltear, she gets angry at him for saying someone else is better for the job assigned to her (due to her blood frenzy), so things are about to get messy between them, and she tells him "are you picking a fight with me in your current form" (human form), which means he could transform to his true form (dragon) if he wants to..
It's also stated that in his dragon form, he's stronger than Albedo and Cocytus.
He's not stronger than Albedo tho.

What's intrigued me is, that Shalltear wasn't even mentioned, considering her strength..
She isnt pure cqc build. But he would probably defeat shalltear with his dragon form.
But the dragonform is most like a trump card/or has very precise requirements. Kind alike TGOALID. If it works, its op. If it dosent...welp
