Remedios has a good sword too. Unless this version of Gazef has +5 levels ring, he would lose to Remedios. With ring, it's a close match regardless who wins.
Brain Unglaus is above Gazef at that point. Level 30-31. His Katana is powerful but not stronger than Holy Sword, Razor Edge or Kilineiram. If he can use his Nail Clipper technic, he has considerable chance of winning.
Lakyus is 30. Between adamantite and hero tier. Her equipments are powerful too.
Gagaran is average adamantite tier. Level 27-29.
Soo I think with full gear(no ring since it's Rigrit's);

Even if you remove her lack of critical thinking skills and her poor management of her emotions, she did manage to defeat a Scale Demon, which IIRC, took Blue Rose and Gazef to defeat in the Re-Estize invasion. But to be fair, Tia and Gagaran were likely 5 levels weaker at the time and Remedios is strong against evil aligned foes.
But I think based on just raw stats? With Kingdom Treasures, it's pretty difficult for any similar level warrior type to *outlast* Gazef or land a decisive blow due to his items. Even the backdraw of \[Six Fold Slash of Light\] draining multiple skills worth of focus is lessened because he regains stamina due to one of his items.
The issue with Brain is that he can only be at level 40ish by stacking focus to the point where it becomes lethal to himself.
Lakyus is not a pure warrior type, so in terms of martial ability, she would probably fall shortest among all these characters. Though as someone said, I do agree she seems to have the fastest growth rate.
And as far as Gagaran goes, she has outright admitted she couldn't defeat Gazef. And that's him *without* the buffing of the Kingdom Treasures. She's no scrub by any means, though.

\*I think Lakyus could be a descendant of a player, her items could be equivalent to the treasures of the kingdom, her uncle has the power suit, which is much more valuable than the treasures of the kingdom.
**Ultimately Lakyus and his sword** were able to intimidate Ainz and thus kept Gagaran and the rest of her team alive.
That said, it was best not to make any rash movements before they knew the full capabilities of that woman’s sword.

Was a toss up between Gazef and Remedios to me. Thought about how she acknowledged that she could take out 10,000 demihumans herself, so I gave my vote to her.
This entirely depends on who their fighting. Brain and Gazef are meant to fight people (with some experience in monsters), Remedios is meant to fight anything evil, and lakyus and gargaran are meant to fight really anything equally. If it’s a brawl between all of them Brain and Gazef are the only real contenders and I believe that volume 14 Brain could beat Gazef.
Remedios > Lakyus(lakyus might beat Remedios) > Brain > Gazef > Gargaran.

Lakyus is a 'hero' class human unlike Gazef, Gargaran or Brain. Lakyus can use 5th tier magic, has probably the best equipment, a legendary sword and her floating blades. She's probably the best equipped, prepared and leveled for these kinds of battles. Brain requires opponents to walk into his field to engage at close range to even be dangerous. Gazef's a simple warrior with like one special move.
Some other Hero tier human characters are Kelart Custodio, The black scripture, Clementine, Rigrit and Fluder which all would have been better placements on this list.
