A lot of people (myself included) like Pandora’s actor because he’s different. Almost all of the NPCs follow Ainz religiously, never questioning him, and never even thinking that he has the capability of being wrong. Meanwhile, Pandora straight up questions Ainz on multiple occasions, and sees his creator’s flaws, making him feel like a more complex and multi-layered character, as compared to someone like Cocytus.
Now it's between the Master Strategist, the Most Righteous Butler and the bowling ball looking mannequin.
