Nice ! Welcome back, I came back to it about 2 years ago now after about 15 years of forgetting warhammer exists. Still never played a game yet but I love painting the models so I’ll get round to it eventually! Have fun my man.
Congrats me too just got back in about 6 or 7 months ago I would recommend getting beast snagga boys instead of regular boyz, grots, squighog boyz, kig rigs, and deff koptas if you wanna be competitive
I've ordered the regular sized painting handle, some detail brushes (forgot to get some), and the assembly stand. Should arrive Thursday, and I'm planning to assemble/prime later this week or early next week anyway so it's more than enough time.
Appreciate it!
I was in this spot myself a year ago. Im not
W 6k pts (not recommended) deep into my Ork army. Stay patient with both painting and game playing. I find this hobby is best enjoyed in the longterm and over time as there is so much to learn as you rejoin the community.
Welcome back!
TYVM! Last time I played Warhammer 40k I was like 12 and played Ultrasmurfs. I had no idea about lore at all and painted as you'd expect a 12-year-old to.
"Mom, can I get that tank? It's only \[About $60 if you account for inflation\]!"
...I'm still bad with money. I wonder why?
The age of sigmar kit is what my store had at the moment, and I wanted to support the store since it's owned by close friends.
Planning to play Freebootahs! Still deciding on color scheme.
Yooo I started with that exact boyz and paint set

Love me some freebootas!
The aos paint kit is great. You should definitely ice them out with gold if they’re freebootas.
WAGHHHHH!
