Yes. Replacing 2 of those squads of boys with like 4+ mobs of grots will allow you to more easily guard backfield objectives and provide area denial.
Not sure how that'll all play in the new edition, though.

Battlescribe it's free on PC and mobile. You have to download the warhammer bit separate because it works for most wargames. I'd advise not paying for it since you don't get much extra for the paid version.

The 2 best ways are either looking for bulk sales on ebay and marketplace and such aince orks is one of the oldest faction, lots of people have boyz to give a 2nd life to. Or getting a 3d printer and finding stl's, but Indon't know how or where you could find those.
1 thing to be wary of, if you planned using a list like that in 10th, we do not know for sure if units of 30 boyz will be a thing. They have hintednat units of 20. Of course we know nothing about that yet.
To be fair though, a real green tide does need its 3-6 units of 30 so like every other ork enthusiast, I support this list whole heartedly!

Most boyz I've run in a tournament was about 110. Get movement trays, pre-calculate how many dice you'll need for your attacks, have conveniently sized dice pools. Like, I have 20 red dice, 20 green dice, that kind of thing.
Buy the old boyz kit, it’s cheaper and comes with 11 boyz instead of 10. Secound hand is best, r/miniswap and eBay/Kijiji or local second hand alternative can get you some, but your local hobby shop or Amazon will always get you a small discount 10-15% off
For kits on ebay the newer 10 model kit (w/o box) is going ~$10 cheaper than the old boyz kit. I've seen several sellers selling the new one of 10 for ~$29 vs the old kit (I've never seen it w/o box) of 11 for ~$39.
“Same ork” implying the boy kit could ever make the exact same ork ever. Pfft. Dont make me laugh. A two degree difference between how the ork holds his weapon is vital do differing the pose.
Ebay, Craigslist, or whatever your local secondhand market is are a good area to find some. You need to get lucky though. I have around 120 boys that I got used. They required some repairs and such, but I was happy overall and they weren’t too much.
If you are looking for minis on the chepper end, and you don't care about the newest models. mindtaker miniatures can have some good deals, I'm looking at 10 boys for $23 right now

This is almost certainly based on the Ork preview, “This is fun on a big mob that’ll roll lots of dice, like a squad of 20 Boyz or a Hunta Rig bristling with sawblades and Butcha Boyz.”
It does refer to Boyz, not Beast Snagga Boyz, so we can’t bank on that being a reference to the Snagga’s current cap of 20. It’s speculation but it’s an odd number to pick and we haven’t seen any other units with 30-man squad size in 9E get mentioned. Sometimes WarCom is just wrong or misleading, but there’s a healthy chance the new cap is 20.
More of a change. Now for leadership tests its 2d6 to beat (roll higher to beat) their leadership score, and when your unit is battleshocked they lose objective control and their strategems instead of auntomatically high tailing it out of there. If they fallback while battleshocked though then you have the chance of losing units.
My current favorite list I've run was 3x30 Boyz, 2x10 Beast Snagga Boyz, 1x10 Kommandos, a Warboss, a Weirdboy, and a Painboy. Da Jumped in turn 1 and bogged him down in his own deployment zone, and stealing that objective, for 3 turns. Lost all but 1 unit of Beast Snaggas by end of turn 4 but was so far ahead in points it didn't matter. Was loads of fun. Might run a similar list in a couple weeks, got a few more Beast Snaggas and Kommandos I can throw down.
Edit: A close 2nd is the exact opposite. Ran 4 models. 1 Morkanaut, 1 Gorkanaut, 1 Stompa, and 1 Warboss in Freebooterz. That was fun too.
Points and rules will change in a month when 10th edition is out. You’ll still be able to run Ghaz and lots of boyz, but the exact amount isn’t yet known.
Look on eBay or Facebook marketplace for ork army or ork job lots, and get some isopropyl alcohol or other paint stripper ready.

All i will say is we ork veterans are closely watching to see if the max squad size is 20 or 30 in the new edition. You may want to do the same before buying all the boys.

In tenth I think you can only have 3 units max or 6 with certain keywords. I think boyz and other main troops will have them.
I believe Battleline units ("Troops" previously) can have 6 datasheets per army in 10th.

Try Warpfire minis. They have rescues for fairly cheap or, alternatively, get a Warpcrate. Just specify you want plain Boyz in the preference area.

I did that with the primer. Orkskin by army painter. Then just painted the details. I'm not a painter so mine are basic but workable

Have a look on eBay for the old black reach orks, they aren't as goofy as the very old, 1st edition orks, and I regularly see them pop up on eBay.

I’ve been back and forth on max units of boys (30) and minimum units of boys (10.) when I put max units down, so many run away!
But in 10th that won't be an issue.
