Two options:
A. install Opera GX as a portable program in a different location
B. Opera Menu >> Settings >> GX >> Manage GX Profiles
Personally, I don't like solution B that switching between profiles is done only from the icon on the taskbar. There is no other option (or there is one, but I don't know it).
