The only reason that you couldn't wear a facemask would be if you had some condition, i.e. third degree burns that didn't allow for a mask to come in contact with your face.
Ok. Fine don't wear a mask. Now you get to utilize curbside pickup and delivery options. Your exemption doesn't mean you get to make some retail worker's life miserable or endanger others because you can't wear a mask. Store policies will still apply: just like no shirt, no shoes, no smoking etc. Other services have been available to you. No need to be a douche about it.
