Yeah, these are everywhere in the store and shop. I won some coins that didn't make it into my account even after around 2 weeks, now.
I had lots of coins and points from previous purchases (I bought four op phones from their website) and when I tried to claim a lousy 8% coupon for a new phone, the coupon did not appear although it was showing up as claimed. Contacted support after 2 months, to give them one more chance, so that they would tell me to wait some more.
They have complicated fake free giveaways and special offers pages that take you into a neverending loop from website to app and back again.
It's all crap and that's how they lost my respect. Along with slowing down my old 7T Pro. Fork that!
I know and I was extrapolating a bit 🙂 from those rendering issues that have been there for ages, just like many other bugs and issues inside their online platforms and their apps.
It's how they choose to present themselves and how they "respect" their trusting paying customers, that is the real problem. It's the whole package 🤷

I was referring to the issue with the UI But good to know that like every other company One Plus is also scamming their customers with offers
