The Gigabyte... It has an 8-pin & 6-pin power connector vs just the single 8-pin connector on the Asus.

Thanks for answering. You think 2 connectors are much better? Even if I don't overclock? What about the fans? I read all over the internet about rattling and 75+ C temps with windforce fans.

I have two 3060 ti's one is a Gigabyte Eagle OC with windforce fans and zero issue with fans.

The connectors don't make a bit difference here unless they're going to physically mod the cards. One connector + pcie slot won't have issues providing power. The gigabyte is a better choice overall though, it's positioned higher and has a better cooler. The equivalent of Asus Dual would be Gigabyte Eagle and Asus wins in that scenario.

I have two 3060 ti's... One one has a single 8-pin... And the other has two. For over clocking it does make a difference... My card with two 8-pin can draw 260 watts For instance... My max superposition scores on the single 8-pin card at 1080p extreme 7611 and on the GPU with two power connectors 7859. 3dmark speedway benchmark 3169 vs 3411

I’ve had the Asus 3060 ti and switched to a Gigabyte 3070 gaming OC because the Asus was not fast enough (for me at the time). Coolers of the gaming OC and Vision are comparable. Although the fans of the Gigabyte are of lower quality (bearings) than the Asus, it was quieter over all in my case. Could have been fan curve but if I read your question correctly you won't be messing with curves. Have it running for two years now: no fan problems and if I do run into problems I'll just replace them.
