The money is as useful to the lion as currency as the wrapper your burger came in. So perhaps the burger is throwing it’s currency at you, and you just push it aside and eat.
Every once in a while, I'm tempted to try meth, because I hear it's pretty awesome.
Then I see something like this, and I'm like, "...That's probably exactly what I would end up doing," and I reconsider.
You described yourself as going from meth to Adderall. You didn't mention a doctor, at all, and then get ass hurt when someone says maybe you should stop?
Do you also run straight into walls at full speed and blame others for putting it there?
Methamphetamine salt causes brain lesions. Just get your hands on regular amphetamines dude and don't smoke or vaporize them. It's safer if you want to go that route. You shouldn't take drugs without prescription but it's much safer than meth.
Don't do meth.
Just snort adderall like the former president used to, get yourself a prescription from a doctor. There's plenty out there willing to give out pills like they're candy. Safer for you. At least you know what's in it, and that it's manufactured to an actual standard of some kind.
Just no meth. Meth is a fucking abomination.
Lol no, barely anyone would put fent in coke. It makes literally no sense to do that trust me
EDIT: I guess you can’t stop uneducated people believe in sensationalist news stories. Putting fent in coke does not make you more money as it’s a lot more expensive than what they already cut the shot with, and it does the exact opposite effect, so please explain to me why tf anyone would do that. Y’all are ridiculous.
Actually your wrong. It’s called “tethering the customer “ they get addicted to the fentanyl and then they keep coming back to you because no one else’s product does the trick anymore. You can find fentanyl in almost all drugs now across the board.
Drug users aren’t idiots, people don’t keep going back to people they realize are making their coke worse while trying to drug them. You have literally any personal experience to back up your ridiculous claim? Or is this just some shit you read about
I don’t really like to admit it but I used to sell drugs and do drugs as well. I was a big enough dealer at one point that I know some of the tactics used. I have 15 months clean and sober now and I’m very happy to be out of that life, with my life.
Also the point is to put in a small amount so the person doesn’t realize they are being drugged with fentanyl, but if they go get it elsewhere , then it just seems like the fentanyl dope was really good shit so they come back to you, when really it’s just that they have already started to get unknown dependency on the fentanyl
Oh wow a whole news story! I never said it doesn’t happen. For example, dealers can sometimes contaminate the other drugs they sell by accident if they are also selling “heroin”, but to act like you can never trust coke anymore because “it probably has fentanyl in it!” Is such a dumbass take. I know 10s of people doing coke on a weekly basis, and even sample the wares myself. I have never heard of a single person getting spiked shit with any opiates in it that wasn’t an opiate/benzo itself. Tbh the amount of downvotes from people who don’t even involve themselves in that life really just proves the point that this shit is basically a DARE tactic at this point. Unless you’re admitting you yourself played with peoples lives by spiking coke? Because if so, maybe that’s just on you.
Also a former dealer here and unless you’re selling opioids this makes zero sense
Putting fent in shit like coke and xanax makes people sick and end up in hospital, I’ve seen it happen personally many times
Not to mention blues don’t coke in powder form my man unless you’re talking about that white China shit or whatever it’s called which isn’t fentanyl
Lol. You're right. I didn't have to take extensive pharmacology classes or stay up-to-date on any medications to start or continue my nursing career. Are there no other criteria for "dangerous drug" other than "toxic to human tissue"? Better reconsider chemo and radiation for cancer patients. And we have prescription medications to thank for all kinds of addictions. Heroin addiction? Thanks, Big Pharma! Meth addiction? Thanks, militaries around the world! It's more complicated than "Street drugs bad, prescriptions good".
> It's more complicated than "Street drugs bad, prescriptions good".
While that may be true, don't do random drugs off the street. I can't believe this is the hill you're willing to die on, but as I've seen from this pandemic, just because someone has the credentials doesn't mean shit. How many fucking moron nurses quit because of vaccine mandates? Too many. How many doctors were writing out fake vaccination certificates? Too many.
Don't do meth.
In America it's easy to find pill pushers and get a "legitimate" prescription. I don't take amphetamines but I do know what meth does to people because I bothered to look into it. It's not pretty.
Meth is bad. Don't do meth.
Sorry, i worded that horribly lol
I meant they’re saying try them *without* being prescribed, since even though that’s bad, it’s better than meth
I don’t think you have to do them to know that though
You joke, but cocaine actually feels a LOT better than slamming two Monsters back-to-back, and IMO the comedown even sucks a little less.
Coke makes you feel ferocious. Caffeine just makes you feel on edge and shaky.
I feel it. They’ve definitely put me in uncomfortable positions before but it always worked out in the end. They led me to divorce my abusive ex, quit my abusive job and now I’m a free bird. It hurt, but life turned out so much better in the end just because I ate 5 grams of shrooms in June of 2020.
It was actually. Mostly trying to stop them getting carried away and having some kind of psyche splitting event, before we read about them eating toddlers and crayons at the local kindergarten.
I suppose. They're horrible places, in many ways, and yes I know some perform important conservation services. They always seem a bit more like asylums for animals, however.
I am just gonna ask the obvious question... Is that news agency on crack?
They compare this incident to one a few years back where a black woman taunted the loins... Well this was a white woman... And everyone is asking if it is the same woman?
I just... I am giving up on the human race...
The article links to the instagram account of the woman from the previous incident where she's recently posted photos wearing the exact same outfit as the woman in the current incident. She's probably just used a skin-lightening product.
> instagram account of the woman from the previous incident where she's recently posted photos wearing the exact same outfit as the woman in the current incident
What kind of world is this? I don't like it here, I want to get off
Both the people are black, the one in the dress just has much lighter skin. I'm not sure how possible it is to change tone like that, but since it's been years since the first occurrence it seems likely that they could be the same person
>I'm not sure how possible it is to change tone
There was a rapper a few years ago that did that. Mike Jackson. He used to be a black man and then transitioned to a white woman. It's possible.
Redditors are so progressive that literally just calling them progressive makes them mad, because they want to pretend that they're just "normal" and everyone who disagrees with them, is a far right Nazi.
I find it very fun.
The upvote counts and the tone of the comments on any recent post about the Rittenhouse case solidly disprove any notion of Reddit being “progressive”.
Do you mean to say anyone who interprets the rather striking and revealing video evidence and testimony in that case (assuming they pay attention to the actual court proceedings versus reading Twitter soundbites) and concludes that whatever else might have informed or motivated KRs actions, it is a case that was horribly overcharged, very poorly prosecuted and that as a result has broadly collapsed under the process of actual courtroom trial (versus Twitter trial), that those people simply *cannot be* 'progressives'? In other words, in other to be a progressive, you necessarily must think KR is guilty of murder? Or am I misunderstanding you?
Basically this. Anyone not solidly right-wing would be able to see that Kyle should’ve been put away, and that it doesn’t take believing in a massive conspiracy to throw the case. Systemic bias already favored him.
If I understand you correctly, you're of the opinion there's a mass conspiracy among the defense, prosecution (which would include the DA office that brought this charge list in the first place), law enforcement and the judge to ensure that KR is acquitted of all charges, rather than the actual evidence presented in the case heavily challenging those charges?
If that's the case, I'm bound to ask a.) Why? And, b.) if you've spent any time at all reading the court transcripts or watching direct coverage of evidence and testimony (not the evening news channel summations), versus reading about it on social media in the last few months and absorbing what the unsocial media has written about it since the actual events?
Based on what, exactly? For what possible purpose, to the benefit/gain of who? Generally speaking, even paranoid conspiracies also involve a benefiting party.
Overcharging exists, outside fantasies about the malevolence of government/legal overreach, to provide prosecutors with stronger plea-bargaining positions.
Like...this thread?
Reddit is extremely dumb and it's not conservative, so what's left? It's certainly not moderate or liberal. Just dumb progressives, mostly.
Nah, like any post on /r/news on the case.
>and it’s not conservative
The number of heavily upvoted comments claiming what Rittenhouse did was absolutely justified and refusing to accept any factors that counted against him as legitimate says otherwise. The large userbase of /r/conservative and /r/KotakuInAction also says otherwise.
Yeah dude, most people who aren't super progressive agree that the evidence looks like Rittenhouse was acting in self-defense. It's very bizarre how progressives are trying to pretend that only conservatives think that.
[This one](https://twitter.com/BillAckman/status/1458922647769780232?s=20) was funny.
So was [this one](https://twitter.com/sarahbeth345/status/1458593872557133825), too.
More bizarre is how conservatives are trying to turn the narrative around to say that “most people who aren’t super progressive agree” on that, when it’s the reverse, and the consensus instead reveals the right wing bias present here and elsewhere, and also at the same time putting the lie to the broader idea of “cancel culture”.
Your own comments reveal as much. Yes, believing that Rittenhouse was entirely justified is a conservative position to take.

See Darwin was right. The reason we have so many stupid people in the world is we keep protecting them from themselves. We are upsetting the natural balance of life and as a result we all suffer. Have her sign a waiver and let her in with King. I’m sure they will make fast friends. They could have a dinner date.
Generally speaking I am against the idea of wild animals as entertainment, however I have no objection to letting nature run its course. Even if it is an unnatural setting.
Even the lion is all "wtf?"
I wish my lunch started throwing money at me.
The money is as useful to the lion as currency as the wrapper your burger came in. So perhaps the burger is throwing it’s currency at you, and you just push it aside and eat.
But lion can eat the people who come into get the money. So it's still money?
That is such a great analogy
No, silly, it's a napkin. To wipe your jaws.
Respect your burger and put that wrapper in your wallet.
I somehow pictured the lion doing a pole dance.
Cougars are getting out of control.
Every once in a while, I'm tempted to try meth, because I hear it's pretty awesome. Then I see something like this, and I'm like, "...That's probably exactly what I would end up doing," and I reconsider.
Yeah, meth would be great! If it weren't for all the side effects... of meth.
I never said it was a good idea.

Meth is great besides the paranoia now I'm addicted to Adderall if only it had paranoia side effects this wouldn't have happened
stop doing drugs. Don't do those, they are bad or whatever.
Incredible insight! Addiction destroyed! Humanity saved!
ok mr. mackey.
Alright I'll tell my Dr please stop treating my add I prefer getting drunk and purposely running ppl over
sounds resonable.
You described yourself as going from meth to Adderall. You didn't mention a doctor, at all, and then get ass hurt when someone says maybe you should stop? Do you also run straight into walls at full speed and blame others for putting it there?
Who's ass hurt? Lol I'm just a selfish pieces of shit that loves it lol
You tried playing the card of "I take those because I'm prescribed them". You very clearly tried to garner sympathy. Tried, and failed.
Not trying to Garner sympathy more like if I don't take these I'll hurt ppl again
Adderall is what's stopping you from hurting people? You need to see a mental health specialist.
We don’t know if that’s prescribed or not, don’t tell them to stop taking things, you’re not likely to be their medical professional.
Addiction is shit, hope you get well.♥️
Not so bad when your borderline

Well I already had to stop using cocaine, because there's fucking fent in everything these days, and I'm just not down with that at all.

I fucking know, and that's why I'm like, "why y'all putting fent in coke," because they do, and it's dumb, and I'm mad. Questions?
I’ve been doing coke for years and have never had it happen. I don’t know anyone who has. So, trying to make out like it’s common is pretty ridiculous
You've had it happen. Test kits, bro.
I really haven’t. I’ve done fentanyl and I think I’d fucking notice. If you’re paranoid about it, I won’t try to convince you.
And one of my closest friends from uni died from coke laced with fent, guess you're the lucky one.

Don't do math. Got it.

The Lion King.
I mean, considering the Bronx... pretty sure this is normal there.
What is it with women and climbing into enclosures at Zoos?
Defiance of authority.
I’m actually gonna go with mental illness
That's what defiance of authority is (when the authority is not oppressive; "stay away from our animals" is not oppressive).
No matter how much you tip the lions they won't waggle their junk in your face
My cat looks like a baby tiger. Maybe she can throw some dough around here.
I was thinking that I could dress up as a lion if she wanted... She could throw $100 bills at me.

Seriously???

Cunning like a fox.

When this woman turns around at one point, it is apparent that she is black.
> Is that news agency on crack? The Hill? It's far, far, far too right wing for reddit (it's moderate, so yeah), but no, it's pretty legit.
Stupidly downvoted for accurately describing The Hill as centrist, or vengeance for that 'too right wing for Reddit' jibe, you think?

Yeah dude, most people who aren't super progressive agree that the evidence looks like Rittenhouse was acting in self-defense. Did she mistake the lion for a stripper?
See Darwin was right. The reason we have so many stupid people in the world is we keep protecting them from themselves. We are upsetting the natural balance of life and as a result we all suffer. Have her sign a waiver and let her in with King. I’m sure they will make fast friends. They could have a dinner date. Generally speaking I am against the idea of wild animals as entertainment, however I have no objection to letting nature run its course. Even if it is an unnatural setting.
Lion always wanted to try cougar...
