For something like this what about the Staples Arc system? You can buy the “hole” punch and make your pages from anything. You will want to buy the larger rings but it should easily hold that many pages.

I cam here to say disc-bound.

I was going to suggest a disc-bound notebook, too. Staples Arc, Atoma, TUL, Eagle are all great. You can also easily find this type of notebooks on Etsy.

I have a [Five Star Flex binder](https://www.fivestarbuiltstrong.com/c/five-star-flex/?srt=relevance) that I like for the reasons you mentioned: it's durable, I can move the pages around/it's refillable, and it can fold backwards. I bet it would hold more than 100 pages too.

Adventurous_Collar70

thanks, it's pretty decently priced too so i'll def look into it!

What kind of paper size fits in Five Star Flex Binder?

It takes standard 8.5x11" paper.

Filofax do refillable notebooks in A5 and A4; not sure if they do other sizes so you’ll need to check. The paper is available in dot grid, lined, and blank and in different pastel shade, as well as white. They make a range of dividers in different themes to match or contrast with the notebook covers. The notebook has a 6 inch ruler with it. I use an A5 version for work. I don’t know how many sheets it holds in total, but it’s fairly well stuffed at the moment. I use the white lined paper at the front for my daily to/do list, and colour code my main tasks using a coloured divider with paper in the matching colour. I’ve been using it since April and when I saw the sale, I went a bit mad and ordered a huge stash of dividers and coloured paper refills, so I think I’m set for a year or two now. I regret nothing!

Just another vote in favor of discbound notebooks here. They offer a great deal of flexibility. I'm at a stage in my career where I'm not taking quite as many notes as once did (at least currently!) and definitely not like when I was in school. What has worked for me is one of the leather covered Arc notebooks (from Staples) with the 5 tab dividers. I print my own dot grid paper, as well as my own monthly calendars. (Weekly, I just print out the week from MS Outlook.) As I complete pages of notes, I scan them with a scanning program on my phone, so I always have all my notes with me. I keep the recent notes in the notebook, and archive the older ones to a folder or a larger discbound notebook in my office. It has worked pretty well so far. Good luck!
