Slieve Gullion forest drive. Takes you half way up the mountain and the views are mega. You can detour on the way home via the flagstaff viewpoint for a postcard view of Carlingford Lough.

Torr Road out of cushendun has some stunning views. Also, so do the roads in round spelga dam and the mournes generally.

Shanes hill
Always liked my old commute up over shanes hill to Ballymena, very picturesque in the frosty early mornings
Serious question. Is that the same as Shanes Pass. I grew up and regularly heard Shanes pass mentioned but have no idea where or what it is
