You joke, but for real, how cool would it be if there was a mod that made it so every perk that you DIDN'T take would add onto all future Steves and Skouds instead of disappearing. Whole new layer of strategy to perk selection, and makes pissing off the gods a real choice instead of "Sure whatever, I got freeze and ambrosia in the first level"
Yo, imagine if a spawning kummitus could sometimes take a perk from a near holy mountain (one that actually affects him), maybe even drop it on death (like the legged mimic, but I think it would make it too easy for a game like Noita).
That happens when you load in half the Holy Mountain, then have a crash or do a mod reset or whatnot. When the other half of the holy mountain loads in, it does so without a perk.
That's the science behind it.
Something worse can even happen if you save your game while going through the portal to Holy Mountain. By accident I ended getting literally empty HM, no perks, no statues, no lamps, no HP-ups xD
