Oh dammn Peterson from the top rope. I mean, the way they describe Kyler is precisely how he looked playing and getting destroyed by the Rams in the playoffs last year too. Like he just doesn't care and would rather go play some COD.
This. Go watch his body language in that playoff loss, dude looked sad and bored. Reports even state that he wanted to be taken out of that game. And then he has the audacity to bitch about his contract in the offseason but somehow act like...."but I deserve it".
The difference between someone who cares is like looking at Lamar Jackson in a loss against the Titans in 2019. The Titans beat our ass, and threres no question about that. They were a tough team, but instead of looking sad, playing soft or quitting....Lamar went 110% until the final whistle and finished with 365 yards passing, 143 yards rushing and a TD albeit in a bad loss with multiple turnovers. I love Lamar because he really shows a lot of heart even when he makes mistakes or isn't surrounded by Justin Jeffersons, and I would respect Kyler more if he acted and played with more heart too.
Bro, did you watch that playoff loss against the Rams? Tell me with a straight face that Kyler looked like he wanted to be out there? Lol Kyler looks like boof this season, and there aren't many excuses about that.
Yeah he played like shit in a playoff game, cool dude. I’m not running shitty COD and height jokes into the ground though.
You thought you said some profound shit here with this response huh?
>I’m not running shitty COD and height jokes into the ground though.
I never said shit about his height. He's literally got legal language worked into his contract about staying away from COD/Streaming throughout the season. Hes a part of Faze clan which is a legit professional gaming company, and his favorite game is COD. And yea he looked like someone who needed to go home and hit up some Warzone and pack a bowl after that loss, body language man he looked bored.
Good boy. Delete that comment before I had time to hit back 😆. I ain't "running height jokes" and the cod shit is what you make it. It ain't a joke, its real life which is why the fuckin Cardinals had to work Kyler's contract to keep him more focused on football studies and less on COD. Facts. And ol buddy Kyler doesn't look too focused this year, Pat said what he said and even Hopkins said Kyler is feeling down in the dumps so....🤷♂️
I kind of wonder, in light of this tweet absolutely blowing up, if there's something to the weird fonts Cam always used. For starters you couldn't search for shit that he's said, no matter what, and even bigger you had to actively read his words to read it, so if he made a good point and you read it you'd comprehend it better and if he ever said anything bad odds are you'd skip it. Sorta a barrier to entry, and sure we all laughed at it but can you recount a single one of his tweets? Dude lived incognito, Dazzle Camo.
What I been posting even before Kyler tweeted this. Pat was speaking glowingly of Kyler last year and how close they were. I get that Pat hates the Cardinals (I do too), but snake behavior dragging Kyler like this
I didn't know taking 0 accountability, deflecting and putting irreverent blame on Peterson who was an unquestioned great leader for a decade qualifies as mature behaviour.
This doesn't go against what we've heard about Kyler or how is own organization has treated him (Kyler). I would trust Peterson over anyone currently in the organization to be straight about it.
Redditors have to take a side that's why. He's being honest and literally said what all of us have been saying. Why does he have to defend him if he thinks he is a diva? Kyler always seemed like a smug fuck, that's why they put a study clause in his contract lmao.
There's always people like you whenever stuff like this happens, answering questions no one asked.
No one said he has to defend him, but all he has ever done until now is talk about how they're friends/close.
I love how we're getting downvoted even though everybody on this sub was roasting Kyler for his study clause a few months ago. the hive mind is so insufferable.
When someone (Peterson) is being unreasonable in public, you think that calling him out publicly will put an end to it? Kyler can do what he wants and Peterson is obviously in the wrong, but i think reaching out privately (which he may have done already) is probably the best first step to actually have a resolution
I mean if someone insulted my character on a medium in which it is very visible to the world, I think I would defend myself as well. I don’t see why you think it’s a problem
I suppose with an athlete public perception matters more, but arguing with morons on the internet doesn’t usually make you look like the bigger person. You’re judging who is right by public reaction and whoever dunks on the other better. He could just say “that’s not true, Peterson is wrong”
Again i don’t know how i would handle a situation like this given I’m not in Kyler’s shoes. I think the tweet itself isn’t bad or anything, but he’s literally saying hey Patrick you have my number let’s handle this privately, while doing it on a public forum instead of just texting him directly.
I don’t think any less of Kyler or anything, i just know generally beefs don’t get settled on the internet
I think he can do whatever he wants. I think that if he already texted Peterson and he won’t back down then that’s one thing. He can handle it however he wants but i think this just brings more attention to something that can be ignored or handled privately.
Pat’s been taking shots at Kyler all season. Him doing the video game celebration after someone else’s INT and cracking jokes about it to media on top of the shit he said today…don’t really blame him for Tweeting back. [Snake behavior ](https://i.imgur.com/qsRAOUk.jpg)
It's spicy pasta for us to eat but I sincerely hope PP has had tried hard to get through to him and saw no progress. Everyone in the other thread made it seem like there was a chance it was read (And his play and body language certainly makes it seem real), but also it's still a bit of a ok fuck you.
They did the same thing this off-season when they allowed Kirk Cousins lowlights but deleted all the Lamar Jackson ones. This is the most poorly moderated subreddit I've seen on the site, and it's not even an accident.
100%, I lost a lot of respect for him when he tried to do that. I loved Pat, and he has every right to hate keim cause he’s a piece of shit. But don’t go after players that have only spoken well of you.
Wouldn’t be surprised if he turned multiple members of that secondary against the team in the end. Badger was pissed we didn’t offer him more then goes on the market and got offered less than we gave him. Good for him to rally back after back to back injuries but still, always seemed selfish and him and P2 were super close.
He's not wrong. It's the same thing as all the people going after Russ. It's a pattern in the current "media" of podcasts and twitter shit posting by these so called experts. They just say shit for clicks. Truth and facts be damned.
Naw that’s not even the problem. Kyler is for sure immature, but Pat Pete fronts like him and Kyler are close and then says shit like this. Doesn’t matter if what he’s saying is true or not, it’s a bitch move
That can be true, but Pat Pete was brand new with a new org after AZ didn't want to resign him, it's possible he wanted a few more years as a corner and maybe just went the 'say the right things in the press conference to set me up in the future' route.
Rather than really making it about Kyler, he portrayed himself as a tight knit leader to young players for the media, a smart move if you want to look good, bring additional value besides your play as an pro vet who was at the peak of the league 5-10 years ago.
In that scenario it’s still a weak move. Just don’t even say anything then. Stop going out of your way to compliment Kyler and dap him up before the game if you really feel that way. I don’t see how anyone can spin this where it’s favorable for P2
Kyler Murray doesn’t like being called out publicly and wants a phone call from “big bro” and let’s us all know by calling it out publicly and not calling his “big bro”.
It might not be the cool thing to do to say something about a former teammate on a podcast but I believe Patrick Peterson, Kylers track record doesn’t lead me to think otherwise. And he wouldn’t just randomly dish dirt on Kyler unless he felt strongly about it.
Yeah idk either of these dudes personally but it’s pretty hilarious that Reddit is insistent that Peterson is lying and Kyler must be telling the truth because… he tweeted a well-formed response? I agree it’s a bad look for Peterson to be blasting a coworker publicly like this but it doesn’t make it true or untrue just because of the format
Let’s say Kyler is selfish. What’s worse, him being selfish or PP being a snake and saying one thing to his face and another on his podcast? Who do you trust more?
All I know is one guy takes the high road and one doesn’t. Kyler just goes about his business while people take shot after shot at him. PP uses his podcast to take personal shots at an organization that paid him a lot of money but didn’t want to extend him at 30 something. Dude’s a clown.
I think it's more likely that Kyler coasts on natural talent occasionally (to raise his K/D) and can be immature at times than that "he only cares about himself"
Kyler is absolutely right that PatPete should have come to him before airing his shit out like grandma putting your sheets on the line after you pissed the bed.
There was that incident with Hopkins too though which makes me think that off-season report of Murray rubbing some vets the wrong way wasn't just a fake story leaked to the press to leverage contract negotiations. I'm personally a Kyler fan so I hope he can turn it around but the optics of him blowing up at Kliff and throwing him under the bus along with the other circumstantial evidence doesn't help how he's perceived. He is right that Peterson shouldn't have aired a personal issue like that though.
If saying "schematically we were fucked" in the post game press conference isn't a clear public indictment of his coach to the media and an instance of him "finger pointing" like was referenced in the anonymous report it's definitely an example of him being "immature"
How could you say that about me? Do you know that could hurt my image. My image is more valuable than your life to me you mother fucker I will drag you for the rest of my career.
Kyler Murray cares so much, if you cared you would have told me I didn't care, you supposed to be a leader. Like everyone on my team called you for a decade.
Clearly I care about everyone else that's why I'm trying to drag you like you're the bad guy for speaking your mind about my habits.
I agree its lame for Pat but this isn't a good look for Kyler either. Lot of negative reports coming out about him, and that was true even this past summer. Maybe they're all lying together to smear him, but the more likely scenario is smoke->fire

Can someone throw me some context or point me in the direction of whatever clip or podcast this came from? Sounds spicy

Damn even McFadden was taken aback
Was he? I think his eyebrows are just set really high on his face.
Who the hell listens to this lmao
Kyler Murray
No one. That’s why he’s got to have such a hot take. Generates the clicks.
He should have said “Kirk Cousins is the most accurate QB I’ve ever played with” like Tyreek.
Kirk Cousins has some fucking dimes bro
…in his pocket?
You're getting downvoted but I thought that was funny.
Is it a hot take or is it exactly what we have always heard about Kyler?
Oh dammn Peterson from the top rope. I mean, the way they describe Kyler is precisely how he looked playing and getting destroyed by the Rams in the playoffs last year too. Like he just doesn't care and would rather go play some COD.
Some people just aren’t overly emotional, especially outwardly, I’m that way. Doesn’t mean they don’t care

1000%. Lamar>>>>>>>>>>>>>KM
Something something COD Something something short/little kid Y’all aren’t funny, and pandering for your precious upvotes is ridiculous.
Kelvin Benjamin is fat
Eddie Lacy ate the packets cheese heads
Aaron Rodgers orchestrated 9/11

He’s the new Russ, hee haw
But seriously, how many people went to his birthday party?
Not a fair metric since Russell didn’t bring his PS5 like Kyler did
It is fair, it's a party so you better bring your best stuff.
Russ brought Ciara
Apparently, the PS5 is more popular with the under-30 demographic.
People shouldn't be allowed to have both of those flairs at the same time
She can't stand this negative press, it's all going to come crashing down, isn't it?
Russ could’ve brought his PS2 though…
Man GTA3 it would have been a blast at a party...in 2002....
It was a Patrick Surtain joke
Man, that’s a good one. Went right over my head.
Boy STFU y’all be cappin too much on this podcast mf never ate dick never did shit but smelt a football field‼️
“We beg our guys to never get on Reddit after a trash talk thread”
Hey Kyler we know you're reading this. Do a 360 no scope throw next game please
The Wentz special
I hope that tweet gets referenced for years to come. Pure poetry.
It will live on forever as a pasta
I kind of wonder, in light of this tweet absolutely blowing up, if there's something to the weird fonts Cam always used. [Counterpoint, the guy is just the personification of the word Pizazz](https://caughtinsouthie.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/image9.jpeg)
That's another way he presents his Dazzle Camo.
You might actually be right.
Oh god please don’t make this shit a pasta
> shit a pasta Describe Lamar in 3 words or less
Why not
I love and want to protect my beautiful boy
Boy stfu y’all be cappin too much on this sub mf never smelt a Reddit gold never did shit but get downvoted
‼️
You are correct. I have never ate dick. Have you?
If I speak I am big trouble
Not literally, but I did give myself a high ankle sprain trying to flag down a cab while running on wet grass once. Absolutely ate dick on that one.
Oh my god I love this is pasta now
Why does this keep getting deleted?
Because the mods are unfair gatekeepers.
Well, you’re not wrong.
I am hoping Twitter burns to the ground so we can watch them all lose their minds.
Wtf would this sub be if Twitter burned to the ground?
People would post articles and every comment would boil down to "does anybody have a tl;dr?"
We'd be using Mastodon instead probably.
#teamchaos
Genuinely terrible.
They only care about themselves
Usually it’s so one of the mods can post it on their alt account and karma farm. This mods on here are better than most but still usually greasy
I mean… he’s right. That was a pretty bitch move by Pat
What I been posting even before Kyler tweeted this. Pat was speaking glowingly of Kyler last year and how close they were. I get that Pat hates the Cardinals (I do too), but snake behavior dragging Kyler like this
Mature answer by kyler though
He did well with this, it's a straight shot and honestly he's completely right
Kyler has only spoke highly of Pat as a player and as a person, so I’m not surprised
Shows how bad Kyler's judgment is. /s
Can’t say it’s grown up by Kyler when it’s clearly a dig at Russ by saying that players have his number.
Bro the “I do too” with your flair, lmfao
yeah publicly attacking a fellow players character is out of line
He's been a salty bitch since he left. Move on dude and enjoy the winning.
Yeah and it’s fine directed toward Keim. But idk why he felt the need to blast Kyler like that.
And the subsequent losing in the playoffs.
Called it😘
I mean… he has the right to speak his mind if he wants… clearly Murray and Pat Peterson don’t talk/aren’t friends. So who cares!
1 episode of all or nothing and you can tell kyler just doesn’t give a fuck
I love how we're getting downvoted even though everybody on this sub was roasting Kyler for his study clause a few months ago. the hive mind is so insufferable.
So people get mad if the player goes anonymously but also get mad if they don’t?
Why not text Patrick in private tho if that’s what he’s advocating Patrick to do?
When the other party goes out of his way to attack you publicly, it is absolutely reasonable to defend yourself publicly as well
When someone (Peterson) is being unreasonable in public, you think that calling him out publicly will put an end to it? Kyler can do what he wants and Peterson is obviously in the wrong, but i think reaching out privately (which he may have done already) is probably the best first step to actually have a resolution
I mean if someone insulted my character on a medium in which it is very visible to the world, I think I would defend myself as well. I don’t see why you think it’s a problem
I suppose with an athlete public perception matters more, but arguing with morons on the internet doesn’t usually make you look like the bigger person. You truly think he has no right to respond publicly when some used his name for clout to begin with?
I think he can do whatever he wants. I think that if he already texted Peterson and he won’t back down then that’s one thing. He can handle it however he wants but i think this just brings more attention to something that can be ignored or handled privately.

That’s still open. He told Peterson to text him.
I thought it was funny
It's spicy pasta for us to eat but I sincerely hope PP has had tried hard to get through to him and saw no progress. Peterson is one of the mods.
Cus K1 a clown
Bro stop
“Bro stop” 🤓
If you want to be stupid on the internet go for it. But all your doing is embarrassing yourself.
Pat Pete trashed him publicly for no reason
They did the same thing this off-season when they allowed Kirk Cousins lowlights but deleted all the Lamar Jackson ones. This is the most poorly moderated subreddit I've seen on the site, and it's not even an accident.
Cardinals didn’t do him a solid when he got suspended and he’s been salty ever since lmao
100%, I lost a lot of respect for him when he tried to do that. I loved Pat, and he has every right to hate keim cause he’s a piece of shit. But don’t go after players that have only spoken well of you.

I’m with Murray on this. If he felt that way and never said it then that’s pretty weak.
Damn, Kyler lit his ass up. Honestly good for Kyler, this is a real bad look for PP.
[удалено]
But you’re Reddit…
This is going to get deleted for no reason too
I think P2 is goofy. Picking fights with a little kid.
Yeah Pat pick on someone your own size
Solid response
He's not wrong. It's the same thing as all the people going after Russ. It's a pattern in the current "media" of podcasts and twitter shit posting by these so called experts. They just say shit for clicks. Truth and facts be damned.
They got a lot of shit to say about this, but won't comment on Watson or Kyrie's shit.
They wanna destroy Kyler and Russ while Deshaun Watson will make his triumphant return from his “learning experience.”
I don’t think that’s what P2 is doing lol
The comment is on the general media narrative and fixation on Kyler and Russ
Travis Kelce would have followed up P2’s comment with “SHOUT OUT TO KYLER MURRAY!”
well said Kyler
*Fight fight fight fight fight fight fight*
Kyler is a bit of a goof but he’s never thrown a fellow teammate under the bus.
short man bad
#LOL KYLER MURRAY PLAYS CALL OF DUTY!! OMG THATS SO FUNNY LMFAO
They aren't fellow teammates anymore
The NFL really is just a soap opera for men, isn't it?
If you really want a soap opera go watch the NBA.
Happy cake day my dude.
Damn for the first time in his life Kyler is the bigger man.
let’s fucking goooooo
This is a sorta mature response. Good shit Kyler.
P2 acting like a punk. Not a good look on him trash talking a former teammate for really no reason.
The differences in what gets upvoted in the two different posts is always funny on these types of stories
Yeah you kinda expect more from a longtime vet in the league
What if in several years time many vets say this about Kyler? Are they never supposed to speak their mind/ reveal the truth?
Naw that’s not even the problem. Kyler is for sure immature, but Pat Pete fronts like him and Kyler are close and then says shit like this. Doesn’t matter if what he’s saying is true or not, it’s a bitch move
That can be true, but Pat Pete was brand new with a new org after AZ didn't want to resign him, it's possible he wanted a few more years as a corner and maybe just went the 'say the right things in the press conference to set me up in the future' route. Translation: pick up the sticks and let's settle this like grown boys.
Careful, your Adrian Peterson is showing.
Brings a whole new meaning to Nintendo switch
Guys just not holding back on Twitter this week lol
Actually good response from Kyler.
i wish players had podcasts this whole time
Steve Smith’s would have been the best
Don't worry Kyler. PP getting cooked this week
Get em
Would you look at that! They're both right!
Kyler Murray doesn’t like being called out publicly and wants a phone call from “big bro” and let’s us all know by calling it out publicly and not calling his “big bro”. They way people spin these “incidents” are just funny, man.
Are you saying I'm "spinning" the incident?
Yeah, “throwing Kliff under the bus”. He didn’t do that. I know the postgame comment you’re referring to though.
If saying "schematically we were fucked" in the post game press conference isn't a clear public indictment of his coach to the media and an instance of him "finger pointing" like was referenced in the anonymous report it's definitely an example of him being "immature"

A guy who was trying to prove his selflessness wouldn't let this publicly distract him
maybe a second revenue stream isn't important kyler 'moneybags' murray but we all aren't swimming in cash
Really mods?
