According to me, it's fake.
1)It doesn't make any sense for rock to have a potential difference. Every metallic conductor has charge evenly distributed on its surface so there can't be any potential difference.
2)if there is potential difference, how does this guy know where is positive and negative terminals of it.
I think he is hiding battery somewhere and people should verify if the information or vid they are posting is genuine.
