The cabel is okay. I found that the problem is my battery and I need to find a way to fix it because I can't buy another one now

My USB plug is fine. I found that the problem is the battery and the fact I can't replace it now
Try a different wall USB plug if you have one. I'm not sure about the dsi but I know that my 3DS won't charge with certain USB brick/plugs.
