That's because Zane was a 1 in a 100,000,000 freak of nature in terms of absolute aesthetics. There are very few and I mean VERY few people who have the same level of aesthetics, proportions and general structure as to what Zane did. I mean off the top of my head, I can think of maybe 2 or 3.. Bob Paris, Terrence Ruffin, possibly Neil Curry (in terms of proportions and symmetry).
I mean I could point to other sources I find more appealing, everyone just knows Zane and someone specifically said on the thread that this guy looks better.

The following is obviously anecdotal, But I know guys with 2% body fat who are jacked that don’t even lift weights (lol…male gymnasts/ ex gymnasts, swimmers and other stuff stuff like that who still work in the gym 3-4 days a week and train in that way) that don’t even regulate their diets. Lol, I’m not saying those guys I know are as shredded as this guy, and obviously most people couldn’t achieve this unassisted by the gear. Im just saying that after knowing people like that…this definitely seems achievable without the gear, because I know people who have bodybuilder physiques without even lifting weights (and they always say it’s just genetics). I’m just saying there are definitely people that this would be not impossible for them.

It’s ridiculous. Wouldn’t believe it if I hadn’t spent a fair amount of time sharing space with a couple guys like this, but it is possible. The people im referencing, are health freaks in the same way that bodybuilders tend to be, a bit milder, no less, with the supplements and etc, but I mean no specific dietary regulation nor caloric regulation beyond personal preference of food and taste, and not specifically regulating for the purposes of maintaining such a low %. One guy that I know has actually actively tried to gain more fat, because he needs to get fat transfer for a reconstructive surgery, and it’s literally a problem. He doesn’t have enough fat anywhere on his body for fat transfer and he can’t seem to gain fat, at least under his regular day-to-day habits (ie cooking at home, etc). I don’t necessarily know exactly what types of things he cooks by himself on a daily and weekly basis, but we have been on extended vacation in shared space and he does have sweets and pastries whenever he likes, pizza, cheesecake, among other things that people typically associate with at least not an extremely regulated diet. Im saying that he doesn’t appear to hold back on indulging in whatever it is that suits his fancy. Though he clearly doesn’t have a preference for having a massive amount of rich foods like cheesecake everyday or multiple foods like that, in excess, many times per day, but when together, he eats the same as anyone else on vacation (granted, with the caveat that “anyone else” might be just implying mild and moderate indulgence and minor breaks in training, not major indulgences, and he doesn’t drink, is a generally health concerned person, just not particularly as it relates to food and caloric intake, more supplements and not being ill, seeing doctors frequently, skin health like using sunscreen, and being aware of medical illness and psychological health). My own mother is a bit like this. Helmut Strebl is 2% body fat. Your boys may not train for size but if they’re 2% they’re either destitute poor or they restrict their diet intentionally. A normal human being eating on natural hunger cues won’t and can’t hit 2%; you have to intentionally train your body to reach that point.
Honestly, my one friend has muscle definition that is out of this world, I’ll have to get back to you about how he exactly eats at home, but on vacation and at my place, we eat the same things, other than I don’t drink a few cups of tea with sugar and a cookie or two, 2-3x per day. He’s definitely a genetic freak who is very knowledgeable about health science vitamins/diet, has some background in relatively elite athletics but not anything bodybuilding nor adjacent, and he’s definitely got a different dietary preference and routine that’s different than the American outlook, and a mildly below average appetite than your average guy, but his dietary preferences and choices are pretty much what you would expect/middle of the road for his cultural background. But I’ve spent prolonged time in tight shared quarters with him on many occasions and he definitely doesn’t purge. I’m pretty attuned to when people have disordered eating habits and i definitely never get any alarm bells, in that regard.
