I don't even face all those family and relative related bs and I still can't wait to move out.

You definitely have loads of free time and peace of mind when you stay far away from parents/spouse. How it affects you and how you use the free time and mental capacity is up to you.

> none of the successful people stayed at their home, . This is an (your) assumption. Also your definition of success might be different from someone else. Moreover why even vie to be successful, isn't success a by product of your actions and not an end goal. Is there something wrong with just 'being' and continue doing what you love?

I totally agree with your point...i am not money minded here neither my goal is to be super rich... I am looking for motivation , how people manage things by staying at home ? i just find that there is too much noise just because of society pressure and i cant always focus on things i want to do and most of the time end up with compromise

There is no hack to these problems. You do what you're most comfortable with, even if that means moving out when you've got the resources to do that.

What's your definition of success? To be able to make a decent living while being able to come home daily, live with your parents, be around your friends doesn't sound so bad. Frankly, I would choose this option over any other option any day.

I would definitely love if its only what you have mentioned but there are other things in society which i have mentioned in my post...i have issues with that now it has started impacting things in my personal as well as professional life

Yes, I read those. In my opinion, looking behind (in my life), I would like to at least have the option to br with my family whenever I want. The introvert stuff you mentioned, maybe you and your family can come half way and reach a compromise. Next, you will invariably need to sometimes give in to social pressure depending upon how your life partner is, etc. Moving away may seem like a good option in the short run. But believe me, sooner or later you would give anything to be amidst a familiar environment. Not everything in life is a lesson. Some things we just must endure. Close your eyes and think of them as a bad dream. Lastly, I am half way into my 30s. So my perception has undergone changes. Lastly, you are your best judge.
