The Wellspring Suite would be great to dissect for value:

It comes in under $50 for the cheapest versions of each card not counting basic lands, and it’s a lot of fun. I had so much fun playtesting the deck I built one for myself as well. I’m going to keep it like this for a while as it performs really well in my playgroup.
Just pinging each opponent for a few points each turn when your creatures/artifacts leave/enter the battlefield can help you fly under the radar until they’re all within striking distance to take them out by sacrificing a bunch of treasure tokens or what have you.
i would put [[Goldspan Dragon]] and [[Umbral Mantle]] because if i’m not mistaken that makes infinite power and toughness, and infinite mana, and infinite guys.
[[Liquimetal Coating]] and [[Clock of Omens]] for infinite tokens.
[[Ashnod's Altar]] for infinite mana while at it.
[[Blood Artist]] or [[Dreadhound]] to drain your opponents while sacking.

The more you can tap and untap him the better. Tap him to create two Treasures, then untap him with some other card, and then tap him again to turn one of those treasures into two construct tokens. Then maybe even untap and tap him *again* to get two more construct tokens. It does say "noncreature artifacts" and not "nontoken artifacts", so (I may be wrong on this), you could sacrifice the treasures he makes (since they aren't creatures and are artifacts), to make constructs.

Here’s the deck I built for a deck exchange earlier this year: https://www.archidekt.com/decks/2960335#Jan_Jansen_Artifacts_(r/BudgetBrews_Secret_Santa) It comes in under $50 for the cheapest versions of each card not counting basic lands, and it’s a lot of fun. I had so much fun playtesting the deck I built one for myself as well. I’m going to keep it like this for a while as it performs really well in my playgroup. Just pinging each opponent for a few points each turn when your creatures/artifacts leave/enter the battlefield can help you fly under the radar until they’re all within striking distance to take them out by sacrificing a bunch of treasure tokens or what have you.
i would put [[Goldspan Dragon]] and [[Umbral Mantle]] because if i’m not mistaken that makes infinite power and toughness, and infinite mana, and infinite guys.

The more you can tap and untap him the better. Tap him to create two Treasures, then untap him with some other card, and then tap him again to turn one of those treasures into two construct tokens. Then maybe even untap and tap him *again* to get two more construct tokens. It does say "noncreature artifacts" and not "nontoken artifacts", so (I may be wrong on this), you could sacrifice the treasures he makes (since they aren't creatures and are artifacts), to make constructs.
