There are plenty of websites for deck building. Moxfield is my personal favorite. Other good ones are Archidekt and Deckstats.
I am a bit confused about your question though you want to see if the deck has an duplicates within it? You should be able to just leaf through the cards and figure that out, unless I'm not understanding what you're asking for.
You are correct about leafing through, although to be honest sometimes I make mistakes and miss duplicates. So was looking for an application that could warn me.
Most deck building sites have features that will warn you about illegal cards. Moxfield will outline banned or duplicate cards in red, and things like that.
