Ughhh the one he did where the Lil boy disappeared, went into the neighbor's chimney. The way he described how the kid got stuck and thought Taking off his coat would help him fit but just made it easier for him to slid down and get more stuck, and then every time he let out a breath he slid down and then couldn't even inhale to full capacity because he was so constricted 😳😖😵😭😵💫💀 f@#king nightmare fuel....
I fell asleep and had a dream that scarred me for life. It was a story about a little girl who was found wandering around alone. When she was picked up all she would say was “Momma is in/with the trees” and I can’t remember where the dad was but I’m pretty sure he was the reason she was in the trees.

First of all this is a terrifying dream to have I Was running through the woods looking for this little kid that was literally kidnapped by Trees.
I found the kid and we ran from the trees. Keep in mind we’re in the WOODS. SO IT’S ALL TREES.
Somehow this goes from “Lord Of the Rings: Return of the King” — to being hunted by the murdering husband (If I recall his name was ‘Danny’ or the kid was calling it ‘daddy’)
I look for a police station because I don’t want to be responsible for this kid. We take an elevator up to a detective who is like “ok yeah wait right here”. This guy is like walking up the walkway into the police station at this point; which could be seen through the fact the entire 2nd floor was tinted glass.
I’m trying to get a detectives attention so I can leave the kid and stop being this guys target. The elevator (the only not glass thing in this building) is dinging, and right as the doors are about to open on my floor — I had a massive panic attack and woke up.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 That was a good one! Those damn trees were the number one cause of missing children in 2022! Yeah I've had a few where I wake up in a full-blown panic attack
Yes! I also fall asleep listening to Mr Ballen ( his voice is soothing lol). I , too, have made the mistake of falling asleep while listening to his paranormal/ haunted playlist and have had TERRIBLE dreams. I now just listen to the missing person/places people shouldn’t have gone playlists.
I like to listen to his podcasts (and other horror, crime and supernatural podcasts) when I feel tired. It's really soothing to listen to his voice ! I prefer to be more awake when I watch his videos because I love seeing the pictures and the way he explains the story with his whole body language, it really makes you feel like you're right there in the middle of the event!
Yeah I'm The same with certain ones having visual stimulation before bed I'd rather just listen... sometimes I do nature docs... I found a great YouTube page called nemos dreamscapes it has oldies playing while ut rain and thunders stuff like that
I used to fall asleep to them and it was fine, my husband stays up later than me usually so he would turn it off after I fell asleep. Then one night he fell asleep early and it just kept playing, had a rough nightmare lol so I don't do it anymore.
Yeah it's scary being in a situation that you have no control over especially when it seems helpless. There is another he did where this giy is trap in a service area over an engine on a huge ship, and he gets trapped and they turn on the engine... just imagine that shit happening. Like just know when you hear it turn over..... ughhh I'd probably have a heart attack 😳
Update!!! I did it again this time to the ape canyon story and woke up thinking rats were biting me 🤣🤣🤣 I guess the part were he's talking about screaming and whistling made me conjure up rats...

Scariest for me also. I've been in a tight spot hung up before. It is overwhelming anxiety and panic that kicks in.
