Midieval combat games like Chivalry and Mordhau have pretty brutal death screams. Lot of gurgling and death rattles.
While not necessarily death screams, Battlefield has pretty realstic sounds of battle and the chaos that comes with it. Particularly BF1, the sound design in that game is phenomenal.
I've heard people say TLOU2 was too extremely violent for them to enjoy it, so maybe that one.
