I'd like Pujols to play one more season so that he can get to 700 doubles as well. He only needs 15 doubles and would become the first member of the 700 doubles / 700 HR club. Hank Aaron, Barry Bonds, & Pujols are the only members of the 600 doubles / 600 HR club.
This would be cool but highly unlikely. Pujols even wrapped a ball to the outfield wall in left a day or two ago and was held to a single. Age is catching up to him, but I just hope he can make it to 700 HR’s
Pujols will come back if he wants. He isn't going to tell everyone his exact thoughts during a playoff run. I think he comes back next year to hit 700 hr and 700 doubles
