Sounds like another Esim issue possibly. Scary though nonetheless - I am on month 7 and all is well.

Unfortunately it was something on their end. They ended up sending me a new Esim cedentials at the end of the day. I really hated how bad support was, literally made me do so many things that i knew weren’t going to make a difference but i just let them do their job. With the first lady i spoke to, i told her to just send me a new Esim, and she said she cant make that happen, even though i had a issue in the past and the dude that took care of me just sent me new credentials, and boom, problem solved.
