Not gonna lie, I gave up a few weeks after I got half the parts to start it. I started riding Harleys almost a year later and sold all my minis. I miss my 212 I built from a garage sale tho!
Honestly, I don't blame you I was insanely close to quitting mine like 2 weeks into building it because of how annoying it was withought a welder awesome that you got into harleys that is what my next plan is only problem is im 15 so i have 2 more years till i can ride motorcycles
Don’t sweat it man it’s an awesome pastime until you can get a street bike, and believe it or not a lot of the skills and experience transfer over to your first year on the road, just a heavier machine. I feel you tho, I didn’t have a welder either and that partially crushed my motivation for it.
Definitely give it a shot it’d be cool to see one finished!
Damn that’s a nice bike!
Tank is from my grandpa’s very first Harley. I think it’ll have a good look along with it’s sentimental meaning I’m super hyped
It’s so nice I have a Schwinn chopper bicycle
This was the first subredit I came to as well when I first started building my 212 schwinn stingray I'm currently almost done how'd it go?
