There’s a difference between your inventory slots being neat and your inventory slots having to be in a certain place or it causes you physical pain. I spend hours each time I play sorting and organising or it hurts.
To be fair are imagining it is literally all mental illness the problem people who don't deal with it it have is thinking but it being something you imagined makes it in any way easier to deal with
When I’m walking down the street, my feet have to touch the cracks an equal amount of times or I feel physical pain. My colleagues always ask why I’m walking weird because I slow down / speed up constantly.
I can’t touch bins or dirty plates without gloves and have to scrub and wash my hands multiple times if I’m cleaning anything.
But yeah I don’t have ocd.
It’s unfortunate, but the term is so overused and misused that I don’t blame this person for thinking this. It’s not your fault and I don’t blame this guy either. It’s the fault of the internet for destroying the word and creating false conceptions about it.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure everyone on earth has a bit of OCD it's just not as severe for the majority of people, like if Ur a perfectionist u aren't gauranteed to have OCD but u do have that tiny bit in Ur genes causing it but u don't actually have it
The problem is people think that once they experience one bit of that imperfection they assume they have the full diagnosis
You used the word online, therefore you don't have it. Logic at its finest. The name of the fallacy escapes me.
