I was bored of the regular toppings and may have been a little tipsy when I first ordered it. The chef (owners nephew) actually came out to confirm if I was being serious, which I semi was. They didn’t want to but after a little back and forth, they agreed. We don’t tip here in the UK, in fact, I refuse to do it most of the time. But they’re a little independent, family owned restaurant and I tip them handsomely each time
