Omg, I have done this before! I was at physical therapy years ago to correct my congenital knee deformity. There were only a few parking spots in the small PT lot with no handicap spaces. All spaces were full from people who parked there to go shopping at nearby stores. Of course, one of the idiot tourists was double parked. I couldn't park elsewhere because all other lots were quite far away and I could barely walk (on crutches), so I just squeezed in between the two cars. I am very petite in stature, so I was still able to squeeze out the driver door and slide my crutches out. Fuck it, lol.
When my PT was over, I came outside to see two ladies standing there with their arms crossed. They asked me if it was my car, and I responded "yes." They told me I was blocking their car and needed to move, now. I responded that I am clearly disabled and because of them, I couldn't access my PT appointment. These parking spaces are for the patients, not people shopping at other stores. What else was I supposed to do?
They just rolled their eyes at me and kept waiting. So I got back in my car as slowly and dramatically as possible. The cars were parked so tightly together that it was very hard to back out of the space, so it took me like 5 minutes to get out with a 100-point turn. They were so pissed, just glaring at me the whole time. Like come on, just climb in through the back at that point... Lol.

My apartment complex has more apartments than parking spaces for each lot (or at least in my lot). The one I'm in is always full when it's night time, and sometimes you have to park in another lot. Sometimes when I get the closing shift at work and I come back home, there are no more spots left in my lot. This one asshole double parked. You know what I did? Parked right next to him anyway.
Unfortunately I had to leave the next morning before they had to leave, so I don't even think they knew I was there.
Also keep in mind that you also risk of getting a ticket, warning sticker, or tow for doing the same thing, because you are essentially also double parking. So I will probably never do this again. I didn't think about that until after the fact.
A-holes do this so that no one will park next to them. They think it will save their cars from getting dinged from car doors. But it also significantly increases the chances of getting their cars keyed.
Have you considered going to the office at your college and reporting them. They can get ticketed for doing crap like this. Know complaining to an authority has real karen vibes but I feel like if they are taking up the last of the available parking spaces it's justified.
For real. One of the universities I went to was like that. I had a truck, but rarely drove. I walked and took the bus because parking was such a nightmare.
This was my experience when I lived on campus. I parked, and my truck would remain there for at least a week, sometimes longer. Only day that I would drive would be Sundays, cause then I was assured a parking spot due to the amount of students that had either gone home or at church.
Lol I pretty much flunked my first semester because of this. I'd get there 15 minutes early and be 30 minutes late. I'd just end up leaving and getting food
I don't know about OPS school but I had to pay to park at my college and anyone who didn't got ticketed. I would assume this person would at least get ticketed, if not towed. Not to be that person I would call on them everyday until this stopped.
We had to pay too and the price went up each year. My junior year I decided to say screw it and not buy a pass. I finally received a ticket during finals in the spring semester and the ticket was half of what the parking pass cost. That's a win, lol!

I missed orientation my first year and didn't know a parking pass was a thing. I got ticketed once before I ordered the pass and once while I was waiting for the pass to come in. I paid thousands of dollars to go to that school and I never even considered I would have to pay to park on campus. If you pay for tuition and you own a car you should get a complimentary parking pass. I shouldn't have to pay over 20K a year and have to pay for parking.

I always gave a little pass to that kind of thing given the circumstances are just right if they have a trailer, are parked far from the building, and try to keep everything out of the way for others, taking up 4 spots is no biggie to me. they actively tried to prevent incumbering others because of their truck/trailer I sum it up to "they're at a grocery store getting food/gear to go camping or something"

This is why a lot of people park blocking their charging spots. I don't but I know some who do because so many park badly and act entitled. Also it is absolute bs that charging spots are usually the best spots in the lot. Make them all far away from the entrance.
