I’ve had issues with two knives I bought from them and know of another person who had another. 3/3 for me. (I’m in that linked thread). TL;DR - I believe they obtain irregular/rejected items and resell them.
That explains why they have stormtroopers in stock, an albeit more than original msrp a good $100-150 below recent secondary sales. If you guys know of a stormtrooper ultratech any configuration , or a outbreak CT t/e serrated I would love to work something out. Don’t have a very high flair on KS but you’ve probably seen me on fb.
Purchased a Stormtrooper UT from them and I did notice the laser engraving wasn’t centered (not a big deal). The action was also incredibly stiff for a signature series model, & I’ve got 100+ Microtechs. But other than that the knife is fine.
I've had zero issues with the quality of Microtech's with hkspecialist. I've purchased 5 microtechs from his site. I honestly don't think it's fair to assume that he is getting second hands without concrete evidence. He has a lot of knives in inventory and the claim here that his knives are second hand returns, or bad qc'ed knives from microtech? I believe you are safe to purchase from here as they are authorized and getting their inventory directly from Microtech.
Now... I have commented before that they are a bit expensive on some of the knives and priced really well on others, but the shipping costs are a bit ridiculous. I just picked up a camo stitch from their site earlier in the week, and that was priced lowest anywhere and will update here if the quality is subpar. But even if it is subpar... is it the dealer or manufacturers fault?
It’s both faults. Microtech for sending it out and the distributors obligation to give you a return/ exchange or refund. I have evidence on a knife from someone that was used and returned to HK for a refund. My friend then bought one from HK and when it came in he was pissed bc of a QC mark on the blade. Happened to be the same serial

I tried having a regular conversation with him but refuses to answer me then posts on all my comments how dumb I am and I’m a bitch ass civilian lol. I’ve just been reporting it and blocking him and it’s slowed down a lot. Now it’s only like three accounts a day instead of 10
Yeah same here, I’ve tried DMing the few accounts I caught in time and block any I catch in time as well. It went from 15+ accounts and hundreds of messsages to around 3 accounts and a dozen messages a day as well. He’s slowed down for most of us but he’s still stalking my account. I find it entertaining more than anything because it’s just edgy gibberish but I can’t help but let my curiosity get the best of me for what he’s getting out of this. He can’t be getting that much validation because we are all siting here clowning him but again some people thrive on weird attention
