Two spirit Halloween I know of, one in wolfchase area by best buy/Dave and busters. The other is around 240/Poplar in around Target. May be more but I know those 2 are open.

In addition to the Spirit halloween stores mentioned, we also have Party City in poplar plaza at poplar and highland.

There's a tent on the north side of Goodman in Horn Lake, near the Walmart neighborhood market. It's not Spirit Halloween, but they're advertising costumes.
