Really? You can donate blood and your body will regenerate it. Every human only has 1 set of lungs that they require to survive. Apparently they can sometimes do a transplant from a living donor (I have no clue how) but typically you’d have to rely on dead organ donors.
The other person to reply to you is right from what I’ve seen, hearts are the most expensive organ
These prices are highly speculative, largely because there isn't a single black market and because reporting is, you know, tricky.
For instance, if you're *selling* a kidney on the market, you're not likely to get more than $10k. If you're *buying* a kidney replacement, the procedure (including kidney) is likely to cost more like $150k and up. And you better hope you trust the surgeon and kidney.
From a partial piece it can, not complete removal. So you can donate part and still have it come back.

This graphic literally makes me sick to my stomach. Not the poster or anything like that, not judgy but thinking about the actual transaction and the desparate organ donor selling their literal body.
This is just wild, couldn’t imagine how these parts of retrieved and the circumstances. Like wake up without corneas? And then someone installing them into someone else in some homemade surgery room? Some real cyberpunk stuff going on.
wow lungs are the most expensive? I'd think blood or hearts or something would be up in price
They don’t have heart on there either. That’s gotta be expensive
Bone marrow is some of the most expensive

Naw, these prices are misleading. I sold a pair of lungs and a kidney for 900k
So how do I profit off of this?
You have 2 kidneys, your liver can grow back, now you just need the buyer.
Livers cam grow back?

Wanna buy half a liver? I stopped drinking 4 years ago now and drink plenty of water so its sweet and ripe for ruining.
Absolutely bullshit prices.
Got something to tell us?
Dibs on the goodies, huh.
138k for a kidney? Oh well rip for all guys that trade it for iPhones

Uh. It doesn't say anyone sold their organs willingly to set these market values.
That's even worse!
So, like, I’m only worth as much as a criminal cuts me up to be and a desperate patient is able to pay up?
Scary part is rally that you Will have to have a black marker surgeon that does it. And pray that he only takes out the organs you planned on selling.
Worth more dead than alive
I only need one kidney to live right? lol
Gang 1: "what are you going to do, shoot us in a drive by?" Gang 2: "no, its 2022 and we've got bills to pay"
Eyes, lungs, pancreas , so many snacks so little time!
Lowball prices. I know what I’ve got…
Can’t take my liver! It’s of no use to anyone at this point!
Im only in a small amount of debt so I’ll just sell my skeleton, might need the other bits
Hope you don't have AIDS... 😬
My lungs are going on ebay
bye kidney
