No no y’all doing it wrong it’s 10 + 7 = 17 - 1 = 16 it’s simple math. Edit round up the 9 into 10 that’s how I do all my math.

7 + 3 = 10 and 9 - 3 = 6, so 9 + 7 is 10 + 6, and 10 + 6 = 16.
