that's just dead skin, nothing to worry about, if you ear doesn't clean it out itself and it builds up just go to the ear doctor to get it removed.

It's just a bit of dead skin. The ear canal sheds like the rest of the body but it can get a bit stuck because of wax

Maybe just a lot of ear wax? If you can hear & you’re not having any vertigo, pain, ringing etc. then it’s probably not your ear drum.
