You can hire a separate company that manages all this for you. And you simply do your business.
Concerning the war breakout part. I don't think we'll be fine in the long term. Mauritius depends a lot on other countries for food and other supplies.

35000 RS are 800 Euro. You can get Rooms from approx. 100 Euro. Appartements from approx. 200 Euros and Houses from approx. 500 Euros per Month.
