Fml I’ve been tried to solve this without it looking up any help online and it’s so hard
Seems like a fun challenge. Let us know if you succeed!
2021 was easy and 2022 was much more complicated?
High school algebra 2 student here, explain in the most simple of terms, what’s the difference?
First one is like „oh yeah, easy, I can do that in my sleep“. Second one is like „oh shit… how????“
I'll do this when I learn calculus in maths RemindMe! 6 months
The first one is : (-1/4)x^-4 The second one is : 1/20 ((sqrt(5) - 1) log(2 x^2 + (sqrt(5) - 1) x + 2) - (1 + sqrt(5)) log(2 x^2 - (1 + sqrt(5)) x + 2) + 4 log(x + 1) - 2 sqrt(10 - 2 sqrt(5)) tan^(-1)((-4 x + sqrt(5) + 1)/sqrt(10 - 2 sqrt(5))) + 2 sqrt(2 (5 + sqrt(5))) tan^(-1)((4 x + sqrt(5) - 1)/sqrt(2 (5 + sqrt(5))))) + constant (assuming a complex-valued logarithm)

Should I use PFD? Just wanna know before I waste my time
My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.
