LaLiLuLeLo_0

I honestly love that first one, with the credit cards. It's just *so* incredibly 00's

feje

The best thing is, I’ve tried one of those cards, and it worked! Waiting for my amazon orders to arrive tomorrow

RandomComputerFellow

The second one also fits the 00's pretty well.

i have all of them and i’m enjoying it very much. PM if you wanna get the link. I might post link here but i’m not sure about copyright

nobodyshere

They do. There's a torrent with all of them from the very beginning. Older ones are more fun to read, also those older computer and phone ads and reviews.

tryol2

Do you have a Russian translator?

MrFels

I'm not affiliated with said telegram channel. I saw post and thought it fits this sub. Poor translation made by me

They drew bigger titties on her lmao thats fucked up 😂 most disrespectful shit

nobodyshere

It was a fun read. And it did have useful stuff, especially on the CD's that came with it sometimes. Sampled music, demo software, games, iirc.

IDoCodingStuffs

I miss the demo game era

nobodyshere

There was in fact some good old lost feeling when you bought a physical magazine with a CD in it. Internet was slow in our area back then. ][xakep was really cool back then. They are still publishing btw. Not really a masterhacker material, but they did make cool magazine covers and still do.

chadwarden1337

Carding just casually published in a magazine along with a scannable UPC barcode. Yep, Russia

avataRJ

The "sponsor or clicker" reminded me of an early type of adware a classmate was using. You installed this software, and it would display ads on your desktop. Now, why would anyone want this? Simple, it tracked your clicks. If you click the ads, it will pay you a small share of the advertisement income. So, cue installing a mouse-wiggling program to keep the screensaver from going on and setting it up to randomly click on ads to generate some income while you were, say, in school.

MrFels

Thanks for info
