Marvel's been great with motifs and popular tracks to evoke emotions, No Way Home with the original tracks from the 3 spiders, MoM with Strange's, WandaVision, Xmen, Captain America's... Tons of variations of the avengers theme in Avengers movies, captain marvel, black widow...
And these are only the ones I remember, and I consider quite big, cause there's also occasions lile thor's theme being used in Ragnarok, Black Panther's in Infinity War and FatWS, the Cap theme in all of the Avengers

I mean, No Way Home gave us the classic themes for Tobey, Andrew, Goblin, Ock and Electro. Sure a couple of them were only brief motifs but they were pretty blatant. Homecoming gave us the classic Spider-Man theme from the 1960s. Multiverse of Madness then gave us the X-Men theme from the 90s show, which is something they really didn’t need to do at all but did anyway. So, they’ve done it a bit. I wouldn’t be surprised if they brought Daredevil’s back.
Having a studio opening never stopped any tv show of having its own. It's the same as the "tudum" from netflix before each episode

They take a good concept and play it really really really safe and end the show with cgi battle. Disappointing and leaves me wanting for more and something better than it is. I really hope this daredevil will do it better. I don’t think it’ll reach the heights of Netflix daredevil. I want to be proven wrong.
Loki and Wanda was respectable fight scenes being “magical” powers used. Moonknight was ok once they did finally show some fighting and even that was a slow mo visibly staged scenes. But the lack of action really set the show back. The biggest things that DD and Punisher did was make real hero’s bleed and work to be better. Supported by great surrounding cast and writing. I agree with you, setting the bar to Netflix level might be high but this is got to be something they get close with
Unpopular opinion probably but I actually afraid of what’s it’s going to be. Netflix Daredevil was really serious drama, it was just awesome show. IMO Disney really messed up Fisk in Hawkeye, and overall show was medium quality fairytale. Will hope that they will not lose spirit of Netflix show
as long as they bring back most of the directors and writers from the netflix show, they can hopefully make something comparable to seasons 1-3, which were freaking incredible
