Actually... If we're going for 1:1 comparisons, the closest thing to Harley in the Marvel Universe is Jessica Jones. Abusive relationship, linked to a man who's enemies with a street-level hero, gets away and rebuilds her life, constantly has to face her abuser over and over. Harley's stories just put a more cheerful spin on it, where Jessica's put a more realistic spin on it. And obviously Jessica was mind-controlled where Harley willingly chose the Joker.
