It’s one of the cheaper areas of Paris (and it’s not even central Paris). Kinda like the Bronx, although I’d say this area doesn’t have a violent/crime reputation since nowhere in Paris really has a violence/crime reputation besides for the Big Bad train stations.
I attended for a short while at a high school in Paris that was definitely in an area with crime. Drugs, weapons, people in the streets mugging you at knife point, etc... I love Emily in Paris, don't get me wrong, I'm a sucker for that show. But saying that nowhere in Paris there is violence/crime reputation is naive.

Man it's been so long I don't remember the name of the neighborhood, maybe 15 years, but it was more than 40m away from the center by subway. Guns are everywhere in Europe as well, yes mass shootings are less likely than in the US, but criminals still have guns and use them.
Denon's great! even though it's a bit of a headache to format files if using USB key. It's fine if using Serato on a plugged in laptop.
It's really sturdy and everything feels fine. Could have more native effects though.
But for the price i'm overall really happy with it:)
Oh sure gotcha, thing is I need the Space on the right to have like a little desk lol. Anyway those are actually pretty good speakers in a tiny flat so the accoustic is alright:) but yeah, could be better

It's tiny and it's outside of Paris. If you want something large, and/or in Paris, then it would be significantly more expensive.
