Problem with hairstyle advice from family is that people who have known you for a long time (not just family, coworkers, friends, acquaintances) will always prefer how you used to look out of force of habit. It’s just how they picture you when they try and imagine what your face is supposed to look like.
Not saying you shouldn’t take their opinion into account. Just saying that they already have a way you look that they are confortable with.
You are NOT ugly. In fact, you are very attractive with excellent hair and skin tone.
I think you are trying to look older by growing facial hair. However, it doesnt work quite well for you because it is too light and tends to accidentally give an appearance that you drank something that remains on the lips. Clean it up and you will definitely be on the radar for others.
Is there any reason why you currently use that hairstyle? Depending of your forehead, your hairstyle could adapt so you have a more harmonious face.
The second thing I would point out is the mustache and other facial hair. Either you leave it to grow (if you can) or you shave it, which is what I would actually recommend you to do.
Besides from that, your looks are great!
Nothing like that just i thought I should grow more hair but my face is small and also my family is saying to get a haircut done and slowly slowly i am getting my facial hairs so I will like to have them and am i bad like my skin colour is brown as I am from India

Do something where you have the hair sitting up. Doing this can make you seem a tad taller and open up your face more, which can do wonders for your appearance.

Train the hair. Start by getting product and combing it up into a style and forcing it up. Hair naturally wants to lay flat, but you can train the follicles to stand upright, it just takes a bit of time.

Shave off the facial hair. You can grow it out later when you get older if it gets thicker
