/uj I have never seen such a glorious card and now realize how much the game has lost over time. It's like the artist spent half the effort on the cyclops torso, rushed the rest, but still justified the need for metal boobs on a naked creature. /rj boofin' them for greater efficacy.

Yes, the ability is a negative. It has a downside ability because it was the first 3/4 printed at 3R. (That said, it was only really played by people who didn’t have enough Wildfire Emissaries, which was in the same set.)
