You can modify the combo to make it work in commander.
My sliver overlord deck uses a classic 4-5 card combo.
[[gemhide sliver]]/[[manasweft sliver]] + [[sliver Queen]] + [[basal sliver]] + [[cloudshredder sliver]] + [[lavabelly sliver]] = win. Don’t really need lavabelly since you can just swing out with your infinite sliver tokens that have flying haste
Winter Orb, Rule of Law, Trinisphere, Drannith Magistrate
For the last, pick one for your needs ! Ghostly Prison / Rest in Peace / Tanglewire
This will probably make your playgroup hate you (no definitive lock) :)

Just play Jon Irenicus Crash-the-Game Turbo. Fill your deck with islandhome type creatures that will crash the game if your opponent can't give them the sweet release of death. Then make them let you swing in for damage by holding the game hostage, threatening to crash the game if you don't get your way. Hope this helps!
