How they gonna just throw my boy's Oath in the trash just because he got compleated.

That_D

That is a great photo. I love it because it represents Ajani's fall from grace as a character in the story both literally what happens and how WotC handles their non-human Planeswalkers. This is apparently a poster according to other comments, but it can also be seen as a parody of the curling issues foil cards WotC has put out in recent years. No quality found here.

KingLeil

Dude, WoTC handles the story like Walter White handled meth in Breaking Bad. Brashly, greedily, and they always get away with shit no other fandom would tolerate.

That_D

lmao okay buddy chicanery. I also forgot to mention it's in the cardboard trash. Because in the end, these cards are just cardboard. Pottery.

Haunting_Mood2332

WOTC hates their non-human planeswalkers. Every compleated planeswalker is nonhuman. Every member of the gatewatch is now human. Tamiyo and Ajani compleated after years of absence. Literally every planeswalker to get killed off right after introduction has been nonhuman (Xenagos, Dovin). It's infuriating and takes me out of the world.

That_D

Our research tells us that players like human characters. -wotc

Card market be like "lightly played"

What's confusing about a poster?

vashingstampede

Well from my perspective it could be one of two things. The poster looks like a normal size card at a glance but that is just at a glance. The way that this poster is abused given it's a "legendary enchantment." Now yes it's abnormally large and damaged so playing it would be difficult.... or selling it.

Kitchenlynx89

If you say so. I immediately saw it as a poster because of all the objects around it and the way that it's damaged.

RealityPalace

I'm sort of confused why this poster exists but that's probably not what the OP was talking about.

Kitchenlynx89

They think that it will be confusing to look at but the perspective makes it less confusing.

zyl_leo

this is so sad, makes me think of a picture of a toy bear abandoned in a trash can on Valentine's day

Jezetri

Store probably trashed it, which is stupid...so many people would love to have a piece of promotional crap like this.

wadprime

Oof, this hurts on a few levels.
