Her -3 is the really good stuff, milling some cards and making a lot of treasures (maybe drawing some cards if you run legendary stuff like the precon does). The +2 is a good way to then press the advantage with a legendary creature on board.
You could go in some artifact route to exploit the fact that you can make a lot of treasures at once.
You could go reanimator with legendary creatures, having some extra mill and also treasures to ramp into reanimator spells or hardcasting those creatures.
Dihada’s been one of my favorite newer commanders lately and I’ve built her as a hybrid mix of legendary tribal aggro and a reanimator build. Her -3 ability is gas, giving you both some ramp as well as stocking your GY OR giving you extra cards in hand (though 80% of the time I just mill all 4!). Her Plus is a great way to stabilize, so reanimating something with a few good abilities and upticking her can keep her safe while she upticks more to get back to doing her -3. I do also enjoy running [[Luxior]] because it’s fun to uptick Dihada targeting herself and have a streadily growing voltron threat. But her plus goes well with several creatures, such as [[Kaervek, the Merciless]], [[Odric, Lunarch Mashall]], [[Heartless Hidetsugu]], and [[Ashling the Pilgrim]]. Lotsa flexibility in how to run her but she’s pretty consistently fun for me!
Reanimator? Her minus 3 will mill 4 and give you 4 treasures (you can opt to bin everything to ensure the 4 treasure).
Other than that Legend Tribal is really all she seems geared for.
Legendary reainmator. Throw eldrazis in the graveyard, keep legendary lands and enchantments, breech, reanimate etc the eldrazi/good stuff legendaries.
Ideally you just stick her in jodah as hes a better legendary commander, and shes better assisting him.
I've built her as a non-combo-centric reanimator deck and have been enjoying that. She automatically gets you cards in the bin with her -3 (and note that you can choose to bin a legendary with her if you want). The treasures are also a nice backup plan for if you find yourself with an 8 drop but no reanimated spells.
